These are the wrong minifigs for this set. In the instructions, the main model
shows them built a different way. The same for sets 540 and 547.

These are the wrong minifigs for this set. In the instructions, the main model
shows them built a different way. The same for sets 540 and 547.

Depends on how you define "wrong" 
Obviously 540 & 547 have the figs as shown on the frontpage of the manual.
(which is the same as for 1662)
But I claim the figs in what you call "main model" are also the wrong figs for
this set when going after what is printed on the bucket

Thanks for the image. 
I suppose this may be why this set never ended up with any figs. Officially,
of course, the instructions are supposed to take precedence, but with these universal
sets the instructions don't have the same prescriptive role as they do in
the typical "model" set. Let me think on this one a bit.
Does anyone have access to the box part lists for set 540 and 547?
