I'm hesitant to approve these until we also have a new complete bicycle assembly
to replace the current counterpart:

Why do we need a new counterpart to correct inventories in the regular section?

We don't. But we do need it to correct the wrong counterparts that are listed
in the same inventories.  Anyways, I have submitted the new counterpart for
approval. I can't believe it took someone to come along 6 years later to
get this all fixed!
