| Hi all,
I suggest to have two Store closed messages:
one when the store is manually closed (where to write the message of the moment)
another for the auto closure for not log in (where to write a preset message)
Thanks

Hi all,
this my old suggestion seems fell into the oblivion, but I think that it is really
useful and easy to add, I explain it again: two closed store's message fields
instead of one only
one field for to write the message when the store is manually closed (in which
you can write the state of the moment: out of town, holidays, ill, bad weather,
etc.)
a second field (associated to the automatic closure) in which you can write a
preset message.
At present I have a preset message that works in case of automatic closure (bad
eventualities) but if I need to close the store manually for other reasons I
have to change the message (or delete it from the field) and then write it again
when I reopen the store, here the idea of two separate fields
Thanks

When you have finished playing with facelift, there would be this serious suggestion.
I am available for further clarification if my proposal is not clear.

It is rare for suggestions to receive replies from BrickLink staff if that is
what you are looking for.
If you just wanted discussion from other users, my reaction is that it isn't
particularly useful, at least not to active members. If someone is closing their
store deliberately, they would want to specify the message (which already exists),
while members with a high chance of disappearing and having their store auto-closed
are less likely to be engaged enough in the minutiae of the site to set an auto-close
message.
