Beyond the feedback system, which has its nuances. I'd be great to see stats
for sellers, in particular:

- Average time to invoice
- Average time to ship from payment
- Average time to respond to buyer emails

Ranking sellers on this as a badge (i.e. Top 10%, etc), would help buyers beyond
the Feedback system.

I vote yes. Not all of these things matter all of the time, sometimes a buyer
really doesnt care if the seller will ship the same or next day, but an ad
hoc seller like me who cant ship too quickly can easily say so in the terms,
so if people can see how well Im performing against my own `promises` that will
benefit everyone.

If that format doesnt appeal, theres also the similar format of X% of invoices
sent within 3 days, X% of messages responded to in 24 hours etc which in a sense
is more reliable because it doesn't give an advantage to sellers who spend
alot of time at their computer.

I offer a HOLD OPEN option for Buyers who need a bit of time to get their project
lists loaded, so how would that be taken into consideration?

If the open order shipping option were to be built in as a default option (can
be opted in or out of) that could prevent the timer being switched until the
buyer checks out and selects a postage tariff

And what of NPB/NSS items? If I ship it quick, but it takes four months to get
there, does that count against me? Or if the order gets invoiced, but the Buyer
doesn't pay for two weeks due to some issue, does that count against me?

And if the Buyer clicks on the order on a Friday afternoon, one minute after
I have left the shop for the week, and it sits all weekend without being responded
to, does that count against me?

And if I end up in the hospital for an emergency appendectomy, how badly will
that reflect upon my stats?

And is the shipping time from time I mark it as shipped, or the actual time on
the scan in at the Post Office, because what happens if they do not scan it in
and it sits in limbo fo a week or more? If it is off the marked as shipped, what
would keep me from marking them shipped as soon as payment is made?

Just to clarify... Are you suggesting this to replace the current feedback system?
Or to supplement it?
