Not necessarily useful. If I ship from the US to Canada, the cost is the same
no matter where you are and I am.

But it is useful if you want to identify a seller within 10 / 50 miles that will
allow you to collect to save on postage.

Wanted to bump this one up to the top, it's been sitting for a long time.
Most sales sites have a function to search by geographical location, how many
miles radius from my location. With all of the new improvements in geo-locating
available now, this should not be too difficult to implement.
I cannot recall the number of times I needed a part for something, wishing I
had a way to contact local Sellers who and see who would be willing for me to
drop by and pick one up. Or needed a part for an order, just could not find it,
but know that someone local has it and I can get it to fulfill the order within
24 hours, or provide the same service for others.
As it stands now, I can only see those Sellers who are located in what State.
Big difference if a Seller is located in Kansas City or Saint Louis for a local
pickup option.
Please see what can be done with this. Thank you.
