| Not sure if this has been suggested before but I didn't find it in a cursory
search.
It would be nice if you could mass-select the Notify checkbox for all the items
in the edit view of a wanted list, just like you can do with the Move, Delete,
and Query Shops options.
For instance, I uploaded an XML wanted list (omitting the NOTIFY tag) - now I'd
like to change them all to NOT notify without having to select each item's checkbox
individually.
I could be missing a setting that dictates the default value for NOTIFY when
uploading items but this would still be a useful addition I think. Thoughts?

Maybe the default option should be "OFF" and not "ON" for this feature.
It can be very useful (for rare items etc), but I think it is not applicable
for the general build project wanted lists. I felt spammed when I forgot to turn
it off for a common item.

Well, I felt the same when I accidently added a very common part in 'any color'
and due to the site repairs I couldn't delete or change it 
10 to 20 e-mails per day

This only works if you are using http://www.bricklink.com/wantedAdd.asp
If upload using XML, those settings get skipped.

| Yep, you're right - just tried it. Maybe another fix would be to make that
default setting also apply to parts added via XML?
Although I think the original suggestion still stands - you should be able to
mass change the notify status for a whole list - maybe you're gradually building
a wanted list for some project and don't want notifications until the list is
complete. Once you finalize your wanted list, you could then change ALL the parts'
notification status.

This only works if you are using http://www.bricklink.com/wantedAdd.asp
If upload using XML, those settings get skipped.
