| Is there a way to have all items in a group or on a list grouped together by
sellers when they send e-mail indicating they have a part or parts? I'm getting
50-100 hits from the same sellers for individual parts in my group wanted list...
Then, there's no way to contact the seller to ask him to group the items together
on one e-mail instead of 50 emails... it's exhausting going through each one...
It'd be great if stores could be ranked by how many numbers of items on your
want list are in their store...

Notification e-mails are send when a seller hits the 'notify' button. Most sellers
would hit that button regulary after listing (depending on the number of lots),
having to many lots notified at once can lead to (system-)errors when uploading...
To avoid having to many e-mails, deactivate notifications for more common and
cheap parts, and only keep the more rare parts to be notified.
When you get an e-mail, click the link in the e-mail from the sellers shop, and
at the left side (above his items for sale), click 'Show All Items this store
has on my Wanted List (All Items)' and so you can see what that particular seller
has from your complete wanted list... So you can decide wether are not to make
a purchase with the seller...(if you put remarks on the items of your wanted
list, like quantity wanted or your maximum price, they will show underneath the
items the seller has)

Use: by shop in your WANTED section:

Happy searching
PS don't forget to remove the quantities you allready purchased from your wanted
list (that does not happen automaticly) to avoid buying too many of a certain
part

Hi,
when a seller sends out wanted list notifications, they ARE grouped together,
i.e. you get one e-mail per seller.
However, when a seller sends out the notifications after every single listing
you'll get multiple e-mails.
As noticed, it's not recommened to send out notifications after having listed
many, many lots (several hundreds, thousands) as this may lead to a system time-out.
I usually send out notifications once per day when listing items over several
days.
Seller's don't have control over the content of the notification e-mails, except
for the individual comments before and after the item section.
Regards
Ronald
