This one was a big stupidity for us.

It looks like over time the magnet legs got mixed in with the set legs.

Again, they look the same to my pullers.

I would love to see a PERMANENT NOTE on this item and others that say they were
also included in the magnet sets.

This would eliminate the possible problem!

We buy out stores, and purchase from multiple sources. Figuring out where the
original item came from can sometimes be very time consuming. So we "go with
the flow". But some buyers get angry when they get the magnet ones, others understand
that we have bins. And sometimes they get mixed (since they look like identical
elements).

For this particular problem:
Try slowly (to spot affected units) and repeatedly (to catch the ones you miss)
pouring your stock over an inclined plane made of steel - perhaps (clean, new)
cookie sheets. You might want to put a low friction surface on there to prevent
scratching (try baking paper).
