I searched but can't seem to find a way to get the "My Orders Received" page
to default to displaying by "Order ID" (without having to make the change manually
each & every time).
Unfortunately, with a hundered orders a week the current default to "Order Date"
is very inefficient as everytime there is an update to an order (which seems
to be happening quite often lately) everything gets messy & hard to find without
re-sorting the entire list everytime you leave the page & come back (basically
doubling the page work time).
