I don't know about everybody else but it would be nice if there was a way to
make problem members check with a seller before placing an order. Let's a seller
has a member that consistantly pays late for his orders and has to have a NPB
filed everytime to make him pay. A seller should have an option to flag this
member and have the buyer check with the seller before placing an order. This
way there is no mistaking a store's policies and a payment deadline can be agreed
upon.

Like this option:
x number of NPB or negative feedback in the last 3 months: require permission
from me (the seller)
y number of NPB or negative feedback in the last 3 months: not allowed to buy
from me

Where x and y is user defined. I could set x to 2 and y to 5 for example.

If the buyer bothers you that much, put them on your stop list. Its a bit draconian,
but perhaps they will get the hint.
