In the Catalog Add or Change: Inventory Change Request page, you can get
the error:
Entry #1: Pending request to Delete this item from this inventory has already
been submitted.

If there was a link to the Forum post where the request is listed, the submitter
could click through and reply with an endorsement of the previous request.

Voted YES, but it could be even better then that:
If someone wants to do a request: an overview of ALL pending requests on that
particular set.
When doing a request, first thing is to add (in same page) setnumber and numbers.
If this page is splitted, it would avoid duplicates...
So first page should only show: enter set number [submit]
Second page should show: [these are the pending requests: *****(with an overview)]
if request is different from pending requests: please press [submit]
Third page would allow to enter the 'numbers' and then proceed...

This would reduce duplicate requests...

Good ideas, fellows, and I would like to go a step further. If, in addition to
the Pending requests, the set's entire change log could be shown, it would make
it much easier for Inv Change Request submitters to do what they should do, namely,
to read the complete change log (including the yellow pending requests) for any
set BEFORE submitting additional requests. When the change log is listed, there
are little dialog bubbles on the right which will link the reader to the related
Forum posts.
