Stickered parts are added to the catalog as shown in the instructions. The instructions
show the sticker applied in the same way as the current catalog entry for this

| Not sure if you already noticed this, but the same assembly is also in set 42170
and I already submitted it to the catalog. So once it is approved it can also
be added as a counterpart to this set.
* | | 65766c03 (Inv) Technic, Steering Axle with 2 Pin Holes and 2 Arms with Axle Holes without Slots (Reinforced) with Light Bluish Gray Wheel Hub 3 Pin Holes Round (65766 / 35189) Parts: Technic, Steering |

| Okay, I have done a bit more research here. Before anything can be done with
this counterpart, the assembly parts must be present. For part 65766 to be added
to the inventory, it must be found in a sealed set and added as an alternate.
* | | 65766 Technic, Steering Wheel Hub Holder with 2 Pin Holes and 2 Arms with Axle Holes without Slots (Reinforced) Parts: Technic, Steering | is actually listed in the LEGO data for this set. If the admin will
accept video evidence, the newer variant does appear to be here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ok_DUwfjSQQ
at the 7 minute mark. If this is good enough, I will submit the change requests
and get the OP's request taken care of.

That assembly contains 2 parts:
* | | 65766 Technic, Steering Wheel Hub Holder with 2 Pin Holes and 2 Arms with Axle Holes without Slots (Reinforced) Parts: Technic, Steering |
and
But I don't see 65766 in the inventory for that set.
I do see this one:
* | | 23801c03 (Inv) Technic, Steering Axle with 2 Pin Holes and 2 Arms with Axle Holes with Slots with Light Bluish Gray Wheel Hub 3 Pin Holes Round (23801 / 35189) Parts: Technic, Steering |

|
The alternate black part 65766 is not listed in that set. I just parted out a
used 42107 and that came with that part in it. Either way those parts can be
combined...just want to add that to the catalog as LBG if we can.
|
Hello,
If the combination is not shown in the LEGO instructions or found in a sealed
set, I do not believe it will be added to the Catalog.

I looked at the ones from my own two sets that have them. They are printed on
both sides. And if you look at the catalog images for the sets that they come
in you can see that those are also printed on both sides.

| Hello Bricksies,
I have trouble understanding the part if I can just sell my collection to fellow
Bricksies from the European Union or that I am correctly limited to only sell
from and in the Netherlands or that my store/account is flagged wrongly?
let me put out some info first:
- Since 10 days ago properly registered as a seller on bricklink, see my store;
https://store.bricklink.com/HiveBricks&utm_content=globalnav#/shop
I believe it is set to only sell in the Netherlands and my store is currently
open.
I have zero sales yet, cannot enable selling in Europe in settings (I believe
I should be able because I do not have to register as OSS or with the Chamber
of commerce yet because I have not met the €10.000 Threshold yet)
https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=2550#:~:text=What%20is%20distance%20selling%3F,rate%20of%20the%20buyer's%20country.
”What is distance selling?
European Union (EU) Marketplace rules effective July 1, 2021 require that any
seller with more than €10,000 (euro) worth of distance sale of goods must register
with their local tax authorities and charge the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate of
the buyer’s country”
- I want to be able to sell in certain EU countries
- My question is as follow, Should I register with my Chamber of commerce and
get a VAT number / OSS or should I contact Bricklink to change/fix my settings?
Any feedback is appreciated, thx for reading Bricksies
Regards Rene/Hivebricks
Below is a image of my store settings:
|
The distance selling setting should only be enabled if you sell over € 10000
per year (or if you chose to register for OSS). This setting will charge buyers
VAT based on the buyer's country's VAT percentage. If the setting is
disabled buyers will be charged the VAT percentage of the seller's country
(if you have VAT enabled) or no VAT (if you have VAT disabled).
So in your situation you should disable distance selling in your store settings
(and make sure that shipping methods are set up for EU countries if you have
not already done that).

I had not checked that. I just assumed that downloading boxes would have given

Hi,
You can download (parts of) the database: Click ‘Market,’ then choose ‘Download’
in the grey banner, then choose “Original boxes” in the left dropdown, tick the
checkbox to add dimensions, choose your format and download.
Then you open the file, sort by the dimension column… and cry your eyes out
(A quick count gives me 6476 formats.)

That is for flattened box dimensions. If you want dimensions of the packed box
you should download sets from the catalog with dimensions.

Today, I get my second shipping quote request for the exact same item.
Different (apparent legit) customers, but the same set.
This just seems really weird to me. I suppose it could be a coincidence, but
I wanted to ask if there was anything I should be worried about here? And what
do I do if they both accept the quote? (I only have one listed and available

At this time of year I guess people might be looking for Christmas sets. And
maybe you are (one of) the cheapest with that set?
If one of them buys it the other quote will be cancelled by the system because
you will no longer have the set in your inventory.

Actually, the undetermined refers to the fact that no one has yet to correct
the inventory with the proper length of string that came with the set.
|
Ah yes. Even then, is there any guarantee the lengths are correct. I have a couple
of used strings from a set with a defined length and they are not exactly equal
to the length in the catalogue, both slightly different but over by up to 1cm.
Which suggests these either vary a little within production, have stretched in
use, were measured incorrectly or measured in a different way. It doesn't
matter for the function the string is used for, so not a big deal.
|
String lengths are not exact and can indeed vary a bit. I have some notes from
a few sets with x77ac30. The string lengths I found varied between 29.5 and 31
cm.
