| Most of my buyers fail to mark their order as received, much less complete.
Since I track all packages for my small store, is there a message template (or
can there be) for me to send out when the package is delivered? Then I would
mark the order as RECEIVED. It would still be their responsibility to mark it
complete.
When Bricklink sent out the designer sets, they changed the status.

| We need the Toy Story Train 10894 inventoried so we can part out. How is this
done? Can I do it myself?
