why not write into your terms

Once it is universally accepted as a valid currency, I would reconsider my response.

| Should have put this all in one!
I WILL gladly accept .99 Silver for orders ( rate at $1 = 0.0351ozt)
and large orders .999 Gold ($100 = 0.0627ozt)
at the rate at time of purchase.

How much have you looked into this?
Smacks of ponzi pyramid scam to me - the "mysterious creator" who is so shy he
has to leave others to "take care of business" 
Sure the first few will make big money,
Their have been others they all crumbled & lots of folc lost money - I read one
"bitcoin" chap lost almost 1/2million USD.
When I first stumbled on weusecoins I almost asked what you just did, here, then
I dug a little - I'll see if I can find a very good piece on this.
They make a big deal of Fiat currencies of being a scam. To which I agree BUT

Just because Fiat Currencies are a scam DOES NOT mean bitcoin isn't a scam also.
