I was just looking at a

3626bpb0312 Minifigure, Head Reddish Brown Bushy Eyebrows and Beard Stubble, Open Mouth Scowl with Teeth Pattern - Blocked Open Stud
Parts: Minifigure, Head {Yellow}

and noticed a mark under its one eye and tried to remove it which I couldn't.
I looked closed and it is part of this print. the part has 3 PCC's and you
can see in the images that 2 versions (at least) are shown. should this be split?
