By the looks of the fb it seems you to will have a hard case to get anything
back..

How can he not have 3 nss against him i do wonder though?

Goodluck on it

You can scam quite a bit with good prices and make excuses for not being able
to ship and more orders come in before someone finally starts an NSS. Then it
takes 3 to trigger a problem with BL. In the meantime, they keep selling more.
This might blowup even more.

I was scammed by this Bricklink seller.
He stole a lot of money from me and unfortunately I paid by bank transfer.
Does anyone have any information about this seller?
Thanks for every hint!

maybe he died & no one knew how to log into his accounts or that he even sold
lego online...
not everything in life is nefarious & meant to be something personal or a scam.

jus' sayin

If he did them his store will be closed in a few months due to non payment of
fees

Never mind he has already been suspended

Mhm, quality on bricklink seems to be a completely foreign idea to many sellers.

"Many sellers" - you're going to keep banging that drum right?

It keeps happening with almost every order I place without fail. So I havnt had
any proof to the contrary

But then again maybe im just unlucky 🤷‍♂️. I’d say 9/10 orders I place arrive
with undisclosed cracks, bite marks, bad yellowing, and/ or heavy wear

9/10? 90% of your order purchases have problems? Yeah sure.

If that's your real ratio, either your standards are un-reasonable or you
don't know how to pick good sellers.

I dont know what to say but yes that's accurate. I wouldn't say my standard
are unreasonable, I only count what I mentioned above "cracks, bite marks,
bad yellowing, and/or heavy wear" in that list. the orders are typically
between $15-$100 made up of minifigure parts with a qty between 10-100 in most
cases. it is an extremely rare thing for me to place an order of used minifigure
parts and none arrive cracked, with bitemarks, yellowed, or badly damaged.

(and just in case its a misunderstanding I'm not saying the entire order
is damaged bur rather 1 or more parts in the order was damaged)

For example this
https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=1433671
Is an order I placed, it’s not special or rare for me to get items damaged
like that, just about every order I place has items badly damaged that are never
noted (tho there are some amazing sellers as well!)

Looking at the pictures you posted on that order and seeing how bad they really
were, just out of curiosity, why didn't you leave an appropriate feedback
for the seller of at least a neutral?

Jim

I think it’s my Canadian nature, I don’t like leaving negative feedback. Even
if it’s horrible quality

If you're going to complain about the quality of "many sellers" every
time this topic comes up then back it up by leaving appropriate feeddback, even
if you get retaliatory neg/neutrals in return.

I suppose I could have just used ~33.33%

Yeah, but that just wouldn't have been as much fun.
