I just parted out this minifigure and the wheels look like dark red and not like red.

These wheels are made from a material that can make the color red look slightly
darker than normal red, but it isn't dark red. However, they are definitely
supposed to be red.
If you could, please post a photo of the wheels next to other known red and dark
red parts.

To my knowledge, they only add Window counterparts when the glass is very difficult
to remove. I just tested it and it was fairly difficult unless you get the angle
just right. You will need an admin to weigh in on this one! If they agree, a
new part would need to be added to the Catalog before it could be added to the
inventory.

I believe someone (you?) a few weeks ago made a similar request which was rejected
for the same reason I'm rejecting this.
I am not in a position to decide whether or not the window/glass counterpart
you are thinking of is applicable for addition to the BrickLink catalog (for
reasons explained by Jen in this thread), but if it is, you would have to add
this new part to the catalog (along with a photo and its inventory) before it
can be added as a counterpart in this inventory. Catalog admins would decide
if the part is valid.
As an inventory admin, I must reject this request because the two parts you are
suggesting do not constitute valid counterparts for this set.

I measured the black string to be 75cm (from 2 new sets with no bin). However, I am only seeing 1 string in each set. I bought these 2nd hand and the 1x16 tech bricks were not polybagged, nor were the long electric cables. I suppose it's possible those parts were polybagged with a string, but since I am only seeing 1 string, I'm only requesting a delete/add for 1 string. I'll attach a pic of the polybag the string came in. Thanks!

Did some more digging. Inventory card shows 1 string:

I also found the photo of another cardboard that only shows one string. So I
will accept this change.
It's strange that the old request never fixed the quantity of the strings.
Any chance that the second string was an extra?
Large parts are known to come without being polybagged in some sets, especially
in the 90's. So I think these were never packaged in this set.

Using the "delete" action will cause the whole inventory entry to be
deleted, i.e. both strings. Using the action "change" instead, you can
change the quantity from 2 to 1.

I measured the original string on my copy of the set - it's 15 cm.
The x137 rubber band cannot physically reach under the truck - look at the instructions for how this part is used in the build. The x264 rubber band fits, and appears to work smoothly, although I don't know if that is the rubber band size that was originally supplied. The change log shows that the rubber band was originally listed as a small rubber band, so unless someone has a sealed copy of this set to measure from, it's hard to know for sure.

I measured the black string to be 75cm (from 2 new sets with no bin). However, I am only seeing 1 string in each set. I bought these 2nd hand and the 1x16 tech bricks were not polybagged, nor were the long electric cables. I suppose it's possible those parts were polybagged with a string, but since I am only seeing 1 string, I'm only requesting a delete/add for 1 string. As you can see in the item pic the hollow stud variant can be see for both parts. Also if you look at a different image from brick set you can also the the hollow stud. Unfortunately there are no videos that I could find on this set.

You can learn a lot from reading the change logs:

Note the dates things were changed and any relevant dates on the parts. You will
find that this part was not undetermined when it was added to the set inventory.
It needs to be resolved just like any other newly undetermined entry.

The two current set inventories containing it need to be checked to see if they

or

Frankly I don't understand. This is the "undetermined" entry, which

That isn't how it works!
This guy probably perpetually has to stay on the undetermined listing unless
he is someday split. He is in 37 sets and almost certainly came with more than
one type of helmet, but when you part out a set you don't know which you
will get.

That’s just what I was afraid of.
Unless they are split the only other option to fix the problem is another merge,
and we don’t need that.

Minifigures can't have alternates.
Also, while I've never seen a white helmet without dimples that doesn't

Just opened a sealed copy and there where 3 extras.

I think you got lucky.
I watched multiple unboxing and build videos of the set and compared them all
to the current inventory which was also compiled from a sealed set. All of them
only showed two extra treads. Since most people part out sets blindly with the
extra pieces included, it is best to keep the inventory as is for the most common
case.
Therefore, I have decided not to accept this change.

just built this set and the BL inventory says there are 2 x 3245cpb187 and 2 x 3245bpb23. These are actually mould variations and there are only 2 of one or the other, not both. The other two 1 x 2 x 2 red bricks do not have stickers.

This request will not be accepted.
It is correct that there are four red 1x2x2 bricks in the set and that two of
them use stickers. However, since the four red 1x2x2 bricks in the set can be
either of two variants (3245b or 3245c), then the two of them that use stickers
can be either of two variants (3245b or 3245c). The Counterparts area shows that
both variants of the bricks with stickers can be found in any given used set.

Wouldn't the two 3245cpb187 stickered bricks go in the alternate section?
Thats where they put the 4 3245c bricks. I accidently said "delete" but
meant "moved to alternate". Sorry for the confusion.

Counterparts never go in the Alternate Items section. The Counterparts section
does not always have a one-to-one correspondence to parts in the Regular Items
section. It is basically a dumping ground for catalog items that may be found
in any used example of the set.
