| How do you determine stud dimensions and are there some parts that should not
have them?
Would stud dimensions be 1 x 2 x 2? Or is is classified as not needing
any ?

| So I was looking at some fan-made stud.io instructions for a few builds I've
been looking to do. Thing is, these builds have a fair few pieces that would
take quite a lot of time to search and add to a wishlist manually. But as I was
looking through some discussion on reddit, I saw someone mention something about
using a stud.io file to find all the needed parts, or something like that?
Could someone please explain how i could go about doing this?
Thanks.

| Hi all, thanks for the help in advance.
I am trying to upload an image of a piece that I wish to add to the catalogue
but all my imagaes are too big (bigger than the 800 x 600 pixel limit).
How should I go about getting a picture that I can upload?

| "I bought something from a seller, and they sent me a box missing quite a
few items, along with items I did not order. I have been trying to get in contact
with them for over a week, and they continue to ignore my messages. What are
my options here? Should I just give them negative feedback and try to get my
money back via a PayPal report, or is there some other way I can resolve this
issue? I would have been fine with the seller sending me all the stuff they forgot
to send, and I would even send back the Bionicle stuff they sent me (I didn't
order Bionicle stuff), but they refuse to answer, and I'm running out of
patience. Does anyone have any ideas?"
This is super Surprising because they had a very high Sale Count with mostly
positive feedbacks.

| I sent a ticket to support two and a half months ago and still havent received
a reply
I do not have enough words to express my frustration about this.
There is no ticket system, no ticket reference, not even an option to see the
ticket I logged, no option to follow up. Just absolutely nothing, and this place
is owned by Lego.
Baffling is an understatement.
How do I get a reply from bricklink?

| Hello all! How much would you pay someone to sort a 12 gallon tub of Lego?
I buy Lego at about $2 - $4 a pound if that helps.

| Hi everyone,
My store has been suspended for non-payment of fees. I was away and missed the
deadline (stupid I know!). Payment has now been made.
Anyone know how long it takes to re-open? I have contacted the helpdesk but no
reply as yet and I realise it's my fault but need to get back to selling
again!
Many thanks,
Darren

| Hello. I am trying to place an order and get this message every time I try, "PayPal
error
We encountered PayPal API error while processing your payment. Please check your
order or payment status and try it again."
I have tried multiple stores and I get this message. Is there anyway to actually
purchase anything through bricklink?

| Hi All
Just had a buyer contact me this morning after not receiving a £9 minifigure
order that was placed on April 5th. The postage option chosen by the buyer was
a standard 1st class large letter, Postage was paid for and label printed using
the Click and collect Royal Mail service and posted that same evening.
I have sent other parcels since then and have had those orders completed by those
buyers so I know the postbox I used has been visited by the Royal Mail.
I’ve asked the buyer to wait another week and see if anything arrives and in
the meantime I will do some research into what the next steps are.
What is the correct course of action as a seller ? Do I need to refund the buyer
even though they picked a non signed for option for post ? I have no reason to
believe the buyer is not telling the truth but also I’m going to be out £11 if
I have to refund even though I processed the order and paid the postage and sent
it ?
Don’t want to get negative feedback from the buyer if I argue the refund.
Thanks in advance for any help or advice
