The category name "plastic" is odd to me, nearly all LEGO is plastic.
Do I have a better name for the category? nope.
Every time I see one of these parts, I think plastic.

had its name changed from "Mini Torch Minifig Flashlight Key Chain Darth
Vader" to "LED Key Light Darth Vader Key Chain (LEDLITE) - Boxed Version"
in 2013, and the images of the boxes were added after the original entry. Therefore,
it is highly possible that this entry was originally for the tagged version of
the key chain from 2011 that you have and then later inappropriately redefined
to be the boxed version. When the updated tagged version came along in 2020,
it only made sense to add it as the tagged version then because the other one
had stated "Boxed Version" for so long.
I think you did the right thing by reaching out to the buyer.
| The tag on mine is different to the one in the catalogue and it also has a white
tag with instructions on how to replace the batteries. That tag says z11175 v1,
8/02/11.

It often happens with highly specialised designs and it can be a problem if you
have to know what you have to be able to search for it. But how would you describe
these parts to make them searchable? There will be a lot of parts with a description
like "with dark bluish grey lines".
I find Google lens is now quicker and more reliable than searching by words.

And brickognize is even faster and more reliable, tho if you don’t have the part
on hand and printing to find it then it can be difficult

| Hi all,
I'm attempting to part out 4 sets of 10291, but after setting options and

and it is recognized.
Any help appreciated!

Instead of parting out 4 copies of set 10291-1, are you changing the numbers
in the boxes on the part out screen to 1 copy of set 10291-4? As doing that will
cause this error.

Or you could sell it as a custom lot.

Yes, but what if I then find a Bellville doll that needs 1 shoe? Then I'll
be kicking myself for not hanging onto that 1 piece that could have completed
the doll. SELLER'S REGRET!
Much better to squirrel the part away....

Agreed. We've from the very start, keep a box that grew in size over time,
for all things "don't know what to do with it, just now"
It's rewarding years later, to go through and find things that have gained
value over time, or whos value has become apparent with gained knowledge
Even some with crazy payoffs such as our SW misprints that went into the box.
As long as you've got room, why not, is the attitude.

| That looks very much like a Dodge Viper. LEGO never released a set of a Viper.
I'd assume it's just a random sticker from somewhere else. If these parts
are LEGO at all.

I have these two slopes, does anyone recognize the stickers? I suspect they don't
belong on the 88930s, but are they Lego at all?
Thanks!

Maybe the bottom of these old wheel bricks:
|
Amazing. I'm very familiar with this part but I wouldn't have recognized
that.
