I think I may have come across a batch of fake Technic Axle 3749 in Black (the
rare one) in a bulk lot I recently purchased. I have pulled the ones I think
are fake out of my inventory but now I'm starting to question the ones that
I already had as there are 2 slightly different molds. Does anyone have a good
way to tell which are real and which are fake?

Good day,

Needing some help from an admin. with a order/cancelation that was done. I received
an order and when doing the process notice paypal informing me that the address
was wrong. I reached out to the buyer and gave them the details with a reply
from the buyer they would fix it. Giving the buyer time to fix it and reaching
out once more, The buyer then came back saying the address was updated. I proceed
to do the normal when paypal notified me that the address had an error. Reached
out to the buyer saying the address is still reading error and would be canceleing
and refunding in full. In which I did refund the buyer in full. However I refunded
the the amount on paypal vs bricklink as there seems to be a step wrong but the
buyer has been refunded. Do need help on that as well as this buyer has left
a neutral comment on my store they may have received from another seller as
the buyer never received anything on my end. I have emailed support with no reply
back regarding this matter and would appreciate if someone reached out to me.

Frustrated with Shipping Fees being paid

When I opened my store shipping was a weight scale, starting at $3.00 but hat
really only covers First Class postage, which can't be tracked. One package
sent First Class still hasn't arrived to the sller, after 2 weeks.

I changed my shipping options to 2 methods that provide tracking information
- Ground Advantage for $5.95 and Priority which is $9.85.

Problem is buyers are still paying the $3.00 so every shipment I eat a min. of
$2.95. I'm sure it's something I haven't done, don't know how
to do, etc.

Suggestions?

Ich möchte hier auch ein paar Klemmbausteine verkaufen , habe auch schon ein
upgrade auf Verkäufer gemacht nun soll ich bei der Storeeinstellung eine weiter

Weight Margin

Hello there! When setting up shipping, does the weight margin apply to just the
weight of the items or to the item weight plus the base weight? So, if the base
weight is 1oz and the items purchased totals 5oz, would a 10% weight margin apply
to 5oz or 6oz?

Email Lego Corporate re: Help Desk concerns

Maybe if we all email Lego corporate expressing concerns about the Help Desk
situation, eventually they will at least address it in some way. Fixing it would
be ideal, but information would at least be nice.

(Yes I know they will probably just ignore our emails, but we have no other
recourse as far as I can tell.)
