How long on average is it taking for the help desk to respond?
My account is currently sitting with two nss despite providing bricklink with
the details it needs to remove them.
In the past it would be sorted overnight but it's been about 2 weeks I believe.
I'm scared to open a new ticket in case it goes back to the end of the queue
again

Then Europeans whine about VAT even though they voted for welfare states, so
they want you to lie on customs form, which is a federal crime.

And in 45 U.S. states, it is a felony to NOT pay sales tax on items you purchase
for use and yet millions of 'muricans committed this crime for decades abetted
by Amazon, eBay, etc.

We are in need of a few 2 inch lit screw in LEGO buttons.

One of ours melted today from an incorrect bulb and our replacement unit does
not look good with all of the other cool buttons.

I have seen quite the spike in "we did not get our package" things.

To where problems arrised, mainly?

How do you ship? Tracked? Insured? Bad shipper change shipper?

Do you prefer to lose 100% (not exporting) or lose part of it? Did you calculate
this?

Two right now (today). UK and Belgium.

Tracked, arrived but either refused or just lying. Cannot tell yet but I have
two angry contacts. One is saying "they are not stupid and they will not
pay VAT" the other I have no idea. He may have got it, may have not. He
is all over the place. Either way I am looking to cut off overseas for awhile
to see if that stops this. We are taking hit after hit after hit on the overseas.

Confusing, as "they will not pay VAT" means they can't have received
the package.
So it can't be "arrived", or at least at destination.

Otherwise "lying"? One says it didn't arrive while tracking shows
it's delivered??
It's technically possible - it even happens to a delivery to me.

Will you let PayPal decide? Why not trying for at least an order?

Something's wrong as 10/80 is absolutely NOT normal for every seller I've
heard of.

Anyway - as you wish.

Yes confusing for me also.

I just refunded everyone and locked out the overseas shipping.

This week has been wonderful. No major issues, no missing packages and NO vat
dodging BS. Just glad it is over.

Back to enjoyment of the product again.

  I have been building 75379.

I for the life of me can't work out what the 2x4 black plate is for?

It doesn't show any use in the instructions and you can't see it in any
of the photos of the set anywhere.

Cheers

I think if you buy all the wave you can join the minifgis stands with the black
plate by the middle bottom.

Thanks, that makes sense.

Not super clear on the instructions.

Cheers

  Hi all,

Just had a general question. At which point in terms of pieces and lots did you
begin to get daily or 4-5 orders each week?

Thanks

Consistent sales if you don’t specialize tend to be around 100k parts with 10k
lots

It's not the answer you want, but it depends. I would say ~100,000/2000
was when things really started to pick up, but it would depend on what lots you
have and how they're priced that matters most. Then it depends on if you're
doing new or used.

BrickMan brings up a really good point too; things sputter during the warmer
months. March was my best month on record; and then for the third April in a
row things hit a brick wall.
