It has been about a year since my store was last opened for a month or longer.
I'm presuming that there have been a number of significant policy changes
in that time, particularly for sellers. That being said, I do make every effort
to keep up; I read the Forum regularly, being especially alert for posts regarding
seller issues (and resolutions) and selling tips.

What I'm really jittery about is the potential for fraudulent PayPal chargeback
once I begin pushing out orders again. Out of my 776 feedback (775 positive,
1 neutral, and 0 complaint), 510 of the positives were for selling. Even my one
neutral reads "Awesome seller". So I'd like to think, at least, that
a potential buyer will trust me to get their order correct and sent to them in
undamaged condition.

But that, of course, does not stop a handful of buyers from pulling the ol'
chargeback lever despite the fact that they got their order complete and undamaged.
A lot of the posts I've read over the years from high-feedback sellers regarding
this nightmare is that, more often than not, the seller ends up on the losing
side of the dispute. This is the kind of thing that I'd like to avoid or
at least minimize.

Any advice? Any special tools or methods you use to keep fraudulent chargeback
to a minimum? Even basic advice regarding making the selling experience as issue-free
for the buyer would be welcome. I have initiated automated checkout.

but I just cant work out how to add it? I have annotated where I mean in the

Hello Bricklink, I'm moving across country in a few months and I won't
be taking my store with me so I need to get working on offloading my inventory.
Would prefer to sell the whole lot rather than have a fire sale; would really
like to hear from any others who have had to do the same.

Hi, I found this marbled part on in an unsorted lot and I have a few questions.

1. How would I got about listing this part?

2. What’s a good price for it?

Thanks

I am moving and I am looking for a buyer for my vintage lego set. Several sets
factory sealed. All sets are complete. Most sets were put together, and not
played with.

Hi all.

Just spent some time doing my least favourite task: Adding wheels and wheel assemblies
to inventory. Im wondering if it might be easier to separate all the wheels and
tyres and sell them that waY, as I find all the different combinations so difficult
to work with! What do other sellers do? Is there a better way that I have not
yet thought of?
Many thanks

I had someone reach out asking to ship to Lithuania. I don't have experience
shipping international. The value of the order is $75 plus shipping. My question
is if there are any duties or customs I would be responsible for or if taxes
and such is taken out through bricklink. My understanding is there is like a
4.4% tax.

... it was easily noted and rectified

Something odd while processing an order this morning: All items within the order
that were sold out, had the red zero active-link to stockroomed (zero) inventory
of that item. What you’d normally see when the “Retain items in store inventory
after items are sold out” is activated within store listings.

In all our years operating as a vendor here, we’ve used that feature on a handful
of specific listings only, rarely iow. But every listing within this morning’s
order with zero remaining, linked to a stockroom listing of said item. I knew
straight away what the issue was, that the feature had been activated over all
of our inventory. After processing the order, I simply went into our inventory
management page and reset it.

Really don’t know how the change occurred other than not by us. First off, I’m
hardly on that page anymore. Secondly, as said; we've never used that feature
in that manner before. Maybe last night’s update/maintenance or some other event,
who knows

This interrupts how we utilize the very useful Stockroom feature here on BrickLink.
So yeah, perhaps more salient an issue for us than maybe some other vendors.

Nonetheless, just a heads-up to check yours

Looking through some stores for some stuff when I came across the store known
as Squidwards-Brickstore by member jamesgregurich. As this store had some of
the stuff I was looking for, I made a cart, just in cases I did end up wanting
to get the stuff and left it alone for a few days.
Now comes the strange part.
I entered the cart today to find that there were "No shipping methods available"
for the things in my cart. I was mystified, as my cart had normal things easy
to ship. I tried emptying the cart and putting other things into it only to come
up with the same result.
I then happened to notice this store has been open for a month with a good quantity
and in demand pieces, yet has no feedback, probably because any carts made came
to the same screen as me.
Do some members simply take the shipping methods off their store instead of just
closing it when they want a break?
Does anyone have any idea what is going on here, LOL.
