If it's a new or relatively recent set, you can try reaching out to LEGO
to see if they'll send you the pieces, but you'll still need to figure
out how to deal with the store.

Only if the sets were New & Sealed.

Otherwise, especially if the sets were Used, it’s the sole responsibility of
the seller.

I only am able to become a seller if I had bought once. (what if I buy just a
little to start )

Other solution : look at my minifigs physicaly one by one to search a part, hair,
face, legs or body ; it is a bit longer but I only own 160 complete minifgs,
it is doable.

I’m not sure the search in your seller Inventory goes into the minifigs or sets’
inventories anyway.
You’d need to part them out first.  (So, have them twice: once as a whole item,
and once as parts.)

Better use a third-party tool like BrickStore (application) or Rebrickable (website).
You may have to do it that way too (= have them twice) but at least it’s automatized
and, sadly, simpler than BL.

BrickStore can direclty import from/export to yor BL Wanted Lists. (Or you can
download and upload yourself if you don’t want to give it your password.)
Rebrickable should be able to do it too.

  Have a nice evening

You too

  Hello,

I bought 2 sets from a store and one of them was incomplete (it was supossed
to be complete). I've written the seller with a list of the missing pieces,
my email was read but I have no answer, it's been more than two weeks since
I send the email.

What should I do?

Hi,

Hi, if you use the search box at the top of the page, the drop down box on the
left that usually has All items shown as a default, if you click the down arrow
and second from the bottom it says store inventory, you can search your own inventory
using a part number.

Hope that helps

Unfortunately, that searches your Store inventory, when you’re a seller, not
the new, unfinished feature called “My Collection”

still not vigilant enough to not fall for this stuff.

Well, apparently, it’s BL’s fault to let phishers claim they are BrickLink, because
they are like “hawkers out front of your brick-and-mortar shop all day handing
out flyers to customers” and that you can chase by waving your broom in their
general direction 🤷‍♂️

Once again this precision: the website wasn’t hacked/breached.  Some accounts
were.

And there’s only very few of you who are receiving these e-mails.
(Not saying it’s not dangerous or at least annoying.  Just trying to put it in
perspective.)

Were the accounts that were breached notified that they were?

Well, if the account had suspicious activity, then BL saw them, blocked them,
and contacted the real owners.  Not necessarily easy to do for some of them who
had their e-mail compromised too (same password 🙄), but I know BL also tried
other ways and managed to reach and verify them.

Here’s the official announcement: https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=1437683
(to which you answered )
And the FAQ: https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=2613

Er, it should be CN22 or CN23.  I’ll leave the pros answer the rest of that one.

  - I found the link to print the VAT receipt for the UK order, but I don't
have that link for the Canada order. Is there a reason for that, or am I doing
something wrong? Buyer told me to not forget it, what can I do about that?

BL doesn’t collect taxes for Canada (buyer will pay at reception).  So there’s
nothing more to join than the invoice.

is it allowed to sell sets when the stickers are replacements?

Hi,

What are you calling ‘replacements’?  Stickers not made by LEGO?  That would
be fakes, and therefore forbidden here.
