Hello,

I bought 2 sets from a store and one of them was incomplete (it was supossed
to be complete). I've written the seller with a list of the missing pieces,
my email was read but I have no answer, it's been more than two weeks since
I send the email.

What should I do?

Hello,
I have bought some lego parts, but i believe they might be fake.
The bricks do have 'lego' written on the top of the studs, but on the
back side of the brick there are no 4 or 5 digit part number. Anyone can tell,
if these are real lego (maybe older parts only had the logo)?

My store has been suspended for 3 or more completed NSS, I have looked at the
cancelled orders and can only find 1. I have confirmation the parcel was sent
and delivered how do I send proof of purchase to the help desk? I have also
refunded the person. The order was placed by a new Bricklink member and they
where very aggressive via communications

Hi all,
I have just set up a new store with the purpose of selling my large collection
of sets
as I am moving abroad and downsizing.
Does anyone have any advice on how to do this? I would prefer to sell groups
of sets rather than individually?
Thanks in advance
Dean

I am a buyer and
I made an order on March 7th
the price of total item total was around 120 euros
this seller didnt answer me for a week

then charged me 90 euros for the shipping
he didnt say anything about shipping cost on his page
so i didnt know it was gonna be that
and i thought the shipping is too much for what i was ordering
so i asked him to cancel my order
after that he didnt say anything for more than 10 days

then 2 days ago which was 25th
I got NPB alert non-payment buyer

I am not sure I was the wrong one here
then i want to know how i shouldve reacted
or if this is something can be considered unfair
i want to know how i should react from here

Is anyone else having this problem tonight? I'm trying to add sets and
it says I'm below the 255 character limit but when I go to the next screen
I'm told I'm exceeding it.

I haven't purchased anything on bricklink since December 2022, and all my
orders are now purged. Is there any way to view details of these purged orders
or is that information completely gone?

I recently received an email from blservice@bricklink.com regarding best practices
to avoid phishing scams via email and to be proactive with account security.
In said email, one suggestion was to hide the BL and PayPal emails associated
with one's store. I'm unable to find a toggle to hide my email on the
site, so I'm inquiring on how I can do so.

Thanks in advance.

Hello
I am starting getting paranoid with all those mails we are receiving to identify
our account…🤔.
Could the Bricklink admin / support board please post some information, so we
know what to expect. I cannot believe that support is sending mails with threats
of closing ones account. We have no complains from customers, are paying our
fees … I cannot understand why there should be withhold any customers payments
/ orders? Is that for real?

Does any one else get these mails?

Sincerely, Brickworkers

Ciao a tutti, aiutatemi vi prego..

ho mandato almeno 4/5 mail all'assistenza bricklink senza mai ricevere risposta.

Vedo che ho 3 ordini da evadere ma senza questo benedetto codice non riesco neanche
a mandare l'invoice per il pagamento.

per favore aiutatemi

I created several wanted lists for different parts of a project.
I would like to merge them to make ordering easier.

I tried downloading the individual lists, to reupload them in a new list, but
the format used for downloading isn't supported when uploading (this is really
strange to me, but ok)

So I tried copying the parts to a new list. This worked for the first list. However
when I tried doing the same on the second list, it warned me that at least one
the parts was already in the new list. And yeah, some parts are used by different
lists. I would expect the app to merge them, that is, if both lists have the
same part, then the new list will have 2x that part. But apparently this is not
what happens.

What other options do I have to merge my lists? Other than looking up every individual
part once again.

Thanks.

I've received an order which contains a few duplicated lots while the order
has only one batch and I don't have multiple lots of the same parts in my
inventory since I consolidate all my lots.

I've also checked and the quantity of the brick in the picture is correct,
I have total of 29 in stock.

How is this possible? Any chance the buyer added 4 to the cart and added 5 later?
Shouldn't it be combined to 9 in the cart if I don't have multiple lots
of the same part?

We put the Hogarts castle together a few years ago (71043), and I was going through
the extra parts bag we created for it. I came across three of these in black
and three in dark brown. I assume they weren't a real part since I can't
seem to find them anywhere (not brickoganize, bricklink, Google Lens), but I'm
not one that usually keeps sprues or cape boxes. Does anyone know for sure what
it is? (I put the jewel there for scale).

Thanks!

Hello,

I have made various orders lately, and two were for the same item, x71 - Rubber
Belt Small (Round Cross Section) - Approx. 2 x 2

Sometimes these come in a box, sometimes taken out, both sellers had them listed
as new, I have left feedback for both, but on closer inspection they are either
different parts or have one set been used?

The one on the right is definitely, x71, the one on the left I am not sure. Any
ideas? thanks

Hi there!
I purchased my first MOC from Rebrickable a few weeks ago and cannot figure out
how to get the list of parts needed outside of the regular LEGO set onto my Bricklink
wanted list? I have made several attempts to transfer or upload the list and
all have failed. I also just tried to search for each individual part, and out
of the first 15 or so parts about half of them are not found.
Please help!

Hello

I received a order for 3 figures a month ago, today buyer open NSS without prior
contact.

"Reason: Seller listed item with error
Details: When checking the items I saw that item SW1112 was not correct.
The body of the minifigure is different than on the picture.
What to do?"

The figure was remove from the set and put in ziplog bag, so really I dont undestand
exactly the problem, I ask to the buyer if he can send me photos or give more
details, so I can undestand the problem and give a possible solution but buyer
didnt answer the emails and NSS is open I didnt have any contact with him.

Help about how I should process in this case?

Thanks

Hello everyone,

Maybe you can help me. We have a customer who opened an NSS on February 4th with
the reason that the goods had not been delivered.

According to DHL, the shipment was delivered, the customer does not respond to
messages and does not delete them.

I have already written several times under the link https://www.bricklink.com/helpDesk.asp
that the NSS should please be deleted.

Customer doesn't respond, Bricklink doesn't respond and we're constantly
on the verge of closing our shop if anyone else starts doing this.

Are there other ways to contact Bricklink?

Best regards
