| I had a couple of these this in my inbox this morning. They looked completely
legitimate. I did login in to BL from my work computer yesterday. When I have
logged in from work before, I have never gotten an email like this, but I thought
that maybe it was a new security feature.
Anyway, with a very official looking email in hand, I clicked the suggested logout
from all devices link and had just about entered my credentials in the new window
to log back in when I noticed two minor things that seemed just a bit off. I
won’t mention those things in case the fraudsters are reading. I looked at the
URL and it was very close to BrickLink’s (it was not the .net one that was mentioned
before). Needless to say, I immediately changed my PW and reenabled the one-time
PIN (I had turned it off because I was being repeatedly prompted for a new PIN
over very short time spans even when I hadn’t logged out). I’ll also be downloading
my inventory
BE DILIGENT! I’m a pretty suspicious person when it comes to online activity,
but, in my groggy state when I woke up this morning, I almost fell for a phishing
scheme presented as a very authentic looking email.
I don’t know why BrickLink has suddenly become such a juicy target. These people
have no hope of accessing any of my monetary accounts. I assume the goal is
to gain access to a legitimate shop so they can list high-dollar items to scam
other members.
I don’t envy the task that management has ahead of them, but they need to take
some substantive action soon. This is not a primary income stream for me, so
at some point, when all the gummy spam, phishing attempts, and slow helpdesk
response times become too much, I may simply close my store for a while. I don’t
need the extra headache of worrying about online security for a part-time job.
Had I fallen victim to this phishing attempt, I’m really not sure how much effort
I would have put into trying to recover my account. BrickLink just feels like
a dicier selling proposition lately.

| Can anyone advise me what it the correct way to cancel an order.
an order is marked as complete
that used instant checkout
but returned the items
I am never able to cancel these orders, the box is greyed out, even after completeing
a refund.
it messes up my accounting, and I see no way to do it without contacting customer
support
which I have tried and its been a week and they dont reply.

| HI All
Has anyone else had their postal address change but you didn't change it?
I moved and changed my address in September of last year. Placed an order on
Feb. 11th no problem. Placed another order with the same seller on March 4th
and my address popped up as a combination of my current address and my previous
address. The log doesn't show any changes in this time frame. Anyone else?

| I keep having to reset my password when I try to log onto mobile site. I enter
all my correct login info and it says id or password mismatched. I know the info
is correct because I changed it yesterday when it gave me the same message. I

| A buyer bought and paid for an item a week ago and the PayPal payment is still
pending as they used an invalid card(out of date) It seems they can’t pay using
another card as blink is telling them it’s already paid for. I don’t have the
option to cancel the order and it seems the buyer doesn’t either. I don’t want
to refund as I’ve not received any payment. Blink sees the order as no problem..this
is so frustrating.

| Hello, twice now some lots from my store have been deleted. This is now messing
up with our inventory management and orders. Reason is absurd: Item is not for

I understand that the price is above average at the moment, but so are the prices
of every item in our store.
Does Bricklink think we do not have these in stock?

A customer just asked me for a full refund of his order because I didn't
have the Dark Azure piece Plate, Round 1 x 1, although I don't think it exists
Anyway, I'm doing the refund, I should not have made a mistake... But I don't
know how to delete the order that's still in paid status and that I should
therefore ship !!!
How do you do it?

| I am trying to part out a bunch of minifigures from a set to a want list. The
part out to want list works, but when I go to the want list and try to modify
it, I get an error in red "Only one item/color combination is allowed per
wanted list"
Problem is during my testing that there are 3 unique parts in the wanted list
and no duplicates.
It seems to be a bug in the ui.
I have tried parting out the minifigs individually and from the set part out
and both seem to work and show the right stuff, but you cannot change anything
after without getting that error message.

| Has anyone else failed to get a response from Admin. I have messaged them 5 times
in two months over the same issue and just been ignored. No response, not even
an automated response with a ticket number, nothing. Previously when I have had
this kind of issue, I recieved an automated reply immediately and then a reply
or decision in 2-3 working days.

| The seller's store says it ships to me - in the US - but when I go to check
out, I get the message "Seller does not support shipping to Texas." Seller
has checked his store settings and cannot figure out what the problem is. I asked
if he'd be willing to set up the shipping workaround password (as though
he does NOT ship to the US, but will if this password is used), so maybe that
will work. I've seen this a few times, but this is the first time I'm
really interested in buying from a seller where it happened (he has a couple

| Since a week ago, I spoted that ALL pending approval images for new and existing
items (sets, parts, gear, etc.) from 2023 are missing and show the Broken Image
icon, nor can they be viewed.
Last year, images submmited in 2022 did NOT have this problem.
Please may I ask, what is going on?
Has Bricklink lost them, that being, why they don't seem to aprove any of
the now old, *new* items?
Do I need to repost my images or will I have to also do the item submmitions
too?
This problem does not seem to efect the 2023 submitions for new items, only the
images.
I have submitted some screenshots to example this issue.
Any information or instructions would be useful and appreciated.

| i had a 1st time byer by a set from me and after 2 months file a NSS report,
i was able to prove i shipped it. i have been trying to get it resolved now for
2 months(4 months from the order date) today it shows p in the mail with 2 Unclaimed
stickers on it and the shipping address is the same as his Brick link account,
no sooner did he File the NSS against me he has no longer communicated, i so
i move forward and try and resolve this with ot getting nagative feed back

| I just bought a bag of assorted lego from Value Village, and while sorting maga
out and into the trash I found this piece.
The quality feels like mega, but it says Lego on it. Also on the inside it says
pat pend(aka patent pending)
It’s also not quite the same red as regular Lego bricks.
If you know what this is let me know.

I feel as long as I been doing this I would of ran across something like this
before. I have sold to several new members with zero feedback and believe we
all start somewhere. But today, I received an order from a member that created
the account today, ordered a $400 minifigure (Arf trooper). Guess my questions
are -
Could this be some type of scam?
Should I cancel the order?
Other then insurance, what if anything can I do to protect not losing $400

| Prima volta che posto un messaggio, scusatemi ma mi devo sfogare.
Il 3 novembre ho fatto un ordine. ho pagato il giorno stesso 130 euro.
Ci sono stati i ben noti problemi di attacchi hacker.
Riesco a rientrare nel sito solo 15 giorni dopo e scopro che il mio ordine
e' stato annullato (d'accordo venditore e compratore - ma io non ne sapevo
nulla).
Contatto in Germania il venditore che dopo 2 giorni mi dice che ha annullato
l'ordine per un problema di sistema. Che ha provato a rimandarmi i soldi,
ma non c'e' riuscito per
un problema di sistema.
Allora ho aperto una controversia tramite paypal con la quale avevo fatto il
pagamento.
i soldi sono tornati oggi, ma sono finito nella bloc list del venditore.
E' possibile finirvi senza io avere fatto nulla di male?
Sono un ottimo compratore e anche con quel negozio avevo acquistato piu'
volte negli anni.
A chi devo comunicare tutto cio' ?

When I send the invoice to the buyer, a copy of the same invoice is usually sent
to my email. In recent days, the copy of the invoice has not been sent to my
email. I didn't change anything in my store settings.
However, I receive orders and other messages from Bricklink.
I ask the community if they have ever encountered a problem like this, with the

| Just tried to replied uploading a PNG screenshot (as usual), it systematically
replies with a 403 Forbidden, unauthorized.
Immediately after having selected the file.
Can't post a screenshot of it, obviously

| Doing a wanted list by hand because the XML file isn't working (as usual).
Why in the blue hell do we have to pick a part type when it is driven by the
item number?
Wasted step, waste of time.
