First, the dedicated forum for Studio and PartDesigner is https://forum.bricklink.com/
(hover over the red Studio icon on every page, then click “Studio Forum”).

Then, the only way I see to update Studio’s parts for an older version is to
unpack the installer of a new version and pick the files in there.
(Both macOS’s .pkg and Windows’ .exe are archives and you can find the parts
in the ldraw directory.)

32002 is only useful for thin liftarms / beams, like

You need

3673 Technic, Pin without Friction Ridges
Parts: Technic, Pin

In case of doubt, always look at official sets: on the parts page, there’s a
link to the sets the part appears in, choose a small set and look at the images
or get the PDF instructions to see how the part is used.

the wheel goes on small wheel pins, like this one:

66897 Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Wheel Holder, Reinforced Underside
Parts: Plate, Modified

You can also put a bar through the wheel:

87994 Bar 3L (Bar Arrow)
Parts: Bar

and you can put the bar in a Technic pin that will fit in 18975.
I don’t know if the wheel will turn well though.

Go to store inventory and on the right side there is a column, you can select
items are days old or older then.. and items last sold.
