Go toy My Inventory, Select By Availability, check the checkbox and selet Delete
items, submit changes.

A week after opening the NSS should be enough time to respond en solve the issue.
Check your email spam folder for a message from the seller.

Maybe an E-check. The buyer should cancel the payment on his side.
Then you can cancel the order. Or cancel the order by using the NPB process if
you want to be protected against any feedback. The buyer can choose the option
to cancel and accept the penalty.
