Enable PayPal Onsite.
Or add a shipping method with manual invoice.

Go toy My Inventory, Select By Availability, check the checkbox and selet Delete
items, submit changes.

I created a test Wanted List with just one part. I attempted to add a remark
and I received the message "Only one item/color combination is allowed per
Wanted List". This error message in this instance does not make sense, as
I only have one part in wanted list. Please refer to attachment for test results.
