judging from their feedback, they look to be inactive from BrickLink nowadays.
My total NSS count is still below 3 now (2), so is there a possibility of a reinstatement
of my selling privileges?

Any help/advice is appreciated, thanks.

Be patient, the helpdesk has a backlog of a few weeks.

A week after opening the NSS should be enough time to respond en solve the issue.

Maybe an E-check. The buyer should cancel the payment on his side.
Then you can cancel the order. Or cancel the order by using the NPB process if
you want to be protected against any feedback. The buyer can choose the option
to cancel and accept the penalty.

And because these 3 NSS were once active at the same time, our store has been
suspended.

Three NSS have to be completed to close a store.
Three pending NSS doesn't close a store.

  
We tried to contact admin for over 5-6 times over the past 2-3 weeks but there
is zero reply from them.

Current backlog is a few weeks.

  
Could anyone kindly let us know how we can have our store re-opened?
