Is there something I need to fill out for the link I don’t know about?

There is an issue with the image upload. Try adding the link without an image.

  Please make changes to the following inventory:

Set No: 42129 Name: 4x4 Mercedes-Benz Zetros Trial Truck
*
42129-1 (Inv) 4x4 Mercedes-Benz Zetros Trial Truck
2110 Parts, 2021
Sets: Technic

* Delete 1 Part bb0961c01 Light Bluish Gray Electric Battery Box Powered Up Bluetooth Hub with Dark Bluish Gray Bottom - Clip Opening
* Add 1 Part bb1277c01 Light Bluish Gray Electric Battery Box Powered Up Bluetooth Hub with Dark Bluish Gray Bottom - Screw Opening (Alternate) (match ID 2)

Comments from Submitter:
Later sets have hubs with screw on covers

This set was redesigned when they replaced the hub, so your request to add the
alternate hub can only be accepted along with further changes to reflect that
redesign. Do you own this set with the new hub yourself?

In any case, the hub with clip cover was included in early copies of the set,
so the request to remove that one from the inventory cannot be accepted.

  Please add the Co-Brand Blue Ocean to these sets:

[...]

Thank you for checking all of these, but we actually already knew that all magazine
sets carry the Blue Ocean logo or name.

However, we don't add the co-brand Blue Ocean to them because there are also
other distributors mentioned on the back of those sets, and they differ depending
on the theme and which magazines are published by which distributors (and that
can also change over time). Checking and adding the distributors for all of the
magazine sets in the catalog and every new magazine set would be a massive amount
of work, while that information is probably not really interesting or important
for more than 99% of all users.
Additionally, many magazine sets already have a co-brand (like Marvel, DC, Disney,
etc.) and it is not possible to add multiple co-brands through the set submission
form, so for many future magazine sets it would always be up to us to add the
additional co-brand(s). And as long as we can barely keep up with new regular
set inventories and new parts, it's not the best idea to increase our own
workload permanently.

  Hello,

Just starting to work on the inventory for set 60431. I have a wedge part that
looks extremely similar to P/N 13269, but is printed with mold # 4365 (C) 2022.

Should a new catalog submission be made or should I include 13269 in the inventory?

Thanks, - Chris

Part No: 13269 Name: Wedge 6 x 4 Cutout (Train Roof) with 5 Large Bottom Tubes
*
13269 Wedge 6 x 4 Cutout (Train Roof) with 5 Large Bottom Tubes
Parts: Wedge

We decided to add a separate entry for the new version:

Part No: 4365 Name: Wedge 6 x 4 Cutout (Train Roof) with 9 Large Bottom Tubes
*
4365 Wedge 6 x 4 Cutout (Train Roof) with 9 Large Bottom Tubes
Parts: Wedge

You can go ahead and finish the inventory.

  Did Lego EVER make an axe head without their logo on it? I got these from a
bricklink store, one with Lego logo came from a LOTR set, with less speckling.
The one with more speckles from a bricklink store. Any weapons experts? Please
help i won't be selling fake lego not ever!

There is what looks like a hyphenated number on the one without Lego stamp

Thank you!!

Comments from Submitter:
From the current online instructions (https://www.lego.com/cdn/product-assets/product.bi.core.pdf/6310950.pdf), there are:
- 4 on step 69
- 6 on step 93
- 1 on step 356

And no other I can find.

The inventory page at the end does list 12 though.

This is an error in the instructions. Two parts are needed in step 356:

  I was working on the archive for a few parts when I was working on 30151 when
I remembered an old thread

https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=1408010

and that these parts are being merged

For reference the old version 30151a (blocked open stud) along with (presumably)
some versions of 30151b are able to hold a connection with

Part No: 27148pb01 Name: Minifigure Armor Breastplate with Layered Shoulder Protection with Black Bow Tie Pattern
*
27148pb01 Minifigure Armor Breastplate with Layered Shoulder Protection with Black Bow Tie Pattern
Parts: Minifigure, Body Wear {Red}
and

Part No: 27148pb02 Name: Minifigure Armor Breastplate with Layered Shoulder Protection with Medium Azure Round Crystal and Pressure Gauge on Silver Background Pattern
*
27148pb02 Minifigure Armor Breastplate with Layered Shoulder Protection with Medium Azure Round Crystal and Pressure Gauge on Silver Background Pattern
Parts: Minifigure, Body Wear {Medium Blue}
Meanwhile multiple of 30151b (hollow stud)
have no connection and falls right off making it not usable for the figure.

Can you check which numbers are molded into the parts that fall of/don't
fall of?
I don't own any 27148* so can't check the connection myself but I have
found four dome top versions which were released in this order:
- Blocked open stud (no number)
- Hollow stud with number 30151
- Hollow stud with number 26415
- Hollow stud with number 38708

26415 and 38708 have tiny inside reinforcements right where the part connects
to the armor, so I guess that is why it doesn't fall off. But based on my
findings I would assume the blocked open stud version would have no connection,
also.

Should this be looked into more before they are merged? it is a functional difference
used in official lego sets.

Ive confirmed this 100% with parts on hand and would include pictures but I dont
exactly know how to include pictures of a part falling off.

What about a video?

It is a glitch on our admin pages. We will correct it before approval. You don't
need to submit anything again, we still have access to the data you entered.

  2. It has disappeared from Brickset.  But then it’s a question for Brickset I
guess

I don't think it has been added to Brickset yet. I don't know how exactly
they import their parts data from LEGO, but apparently they don't always
update inventories of older sets to account for new variants that show up in
the official online parts list.

Brickset checks set inventories. Since this isn't in a set inventory, they
wouldn't find it.

It is in the 71043 inventory:
