1. if he paid with Paypal, only send it to the address stored with Paypal. Otherwise
you will lose your seller protection.
2. as long as the changed address remains within a state or, as in the USA for
example, within a federal state, it does not matter. If this is not the case,
the taxes / duties may have been calculated incorrectly. That would then be tax
fraud.

Wann und wo hast du etwas bestellt? Was hast du bisher unternommen?
Wenn du eine Bestellung nicht erhalten hast, oder das Erhaltene nicht der Beschreibung
entspricht, kannst du über Paypal eine Rückforderung stellen. Das sollte aber
das letzte Mittel sein. Versuche erst einmal mit dem Verkäufer Kontakt aufzunehmen.
Wenn das nicht funktioniert, über Bricklink einen NSS-Fall eröffnen. Aber bitte
lasse dem Verkäufer auch ausreichend Zeit. Die meisten Verkäufer machen das nebenher!
Solltest du einen Fall bei Bricklink eröffnet habe, schließe den erst, wenn du
die Artikel erhalten und geprüft hast. Der NSS-Fall kann nur einmal eröffnet
werden und ist auch bei nicht richtige oder fehlerhaften Teilen anzuwenden. Solltest
der Verkäufer nicht reagieren, schließe den Fall entsprechend der Richtlinie.
Dadurch bekommt der Verkäufer einen Eintrag und nach drei Einträgen wird er für
den Verkauf gesperrt.
Das alles bringt dir aber dein Geld nicht zurück. Dann eröffne bei Paypal einen
Fall. Die setzen sich dann mit dem Verkäufer in Verbindung. Wenn der dann keinen
Liefernachweis vorweisen kann, erhältst du dein Geld zurück.

payment step, he is given the option to ask for a quote. But only if the seller

This site is degenerating more and more into a random site. If you don't
care what part variants there are and where they were used, you might as well
use the inventory lists of the LEGO sets. That would be much quicker.
Then it won't make any difference what color a part is as long as it looks
similar to the original.

ich würde einmal nachfragen, warum der Status geändert wurde. Ich bezweifle aber,
das du eine Antwort erhältst. Der NSS-Status hätte dich halt vor einer negativen
Bewertung geschützt. Jetzt bleibt Dir nur noch, sich mit dem Verkäufer direkt
auseinander zu setzen. Nach Abschluß, ob nun negativ oder positiv, würde ich
ebenfalls eine entsprechende Bewertung abgeben.
Beachte aber, das der Bewerter 30 Tage Zeit hat seine Bewertung zu ändern! Erst
danach ist sie nicht mehr zu ändern.

Kurze Zeit später schrieb mir der Händler Beleidigungen per eMail auf die ich
nicht reagiert habe.
NSS war nun auch bei Bricklink längst abgeschlossen und die Sache für mich erledigt.

Nach dem Hacker Vorfall bei Bricklink wurde nun der NSS entfernt, der Händler
hat die Bestellung als packed markiert und mich negativ bewertet.
Wie verhalte ich mich nun?

Bricklink wird dir hierbei nicht helfen. Ich glaube auch nicht, das der NSS entfernt
wurde. Wahrscheinlicher dürfte sein, daß der Verkäufer einen "Versandnachweis"
vorgelegt hat. Du kannst dich nur mit dem Verkäufer in Verbindung setzen und
ihn bitten die Bewertung zurückzunehmen. Mit deiner eigenen Bewertung würde ich
warten bis alles erledigt ist.

I would say that these claims are time-barred, at least in Europe. Maybe not

This is a normal procedure for buyers. They want cheap shipping, but pay with
Paypal, which requires the seller to provide proof of delivery. That's why
I never ship without proof when paying via PayPal. The only exception is buyers
who have bought from me several times.

hast du den Betrag über das Bricklinksystem erstattet oder einfach direkt per
Paypal zurückgezahlt? Im ersten Fall wird Dir die Gebühr erstattet und eventuell
angefallene Steuern, die Bricklink gefordert hat, zahlt Bricklink zurück und
der Bearbeitungsstatus müßte wieder auf "Pending" zurückgehen bzw. von
Dir verändert wertden können. Im zweiten Fall wirst du vorerst auf diesen Kosten
sitzen bleiben und du kannst den Bearbeitungsstatus nicht verändern. In beiden
Fällen mußt du dann einen "OCR" durchführen um die Order zu stornieren.
Dazu mußt du BL nachweisen, daß du das Geld zurückerstattet hast.

These laws are nowhere near as dangerous as your gun laws. I think it's fair.
A private seller has no way of compensating for the loss. A professional seller
can write it off for tax purposes. That's why I think such a rule is justified.

It's not complicated. You're comparing apples with oranges. One is the
law, the other is Paypal's General Terms and Conditions. As a Paypal user,
I have agreed to them. But I could sue for the money from the buyer. But first
of all, this causes trouble and costs on the seller's side. All the more
so if the buyer lives outside the EU. That's why I never send items without
proof if payment is made via PayPal. Exception, the buyer has already bought
from me several times, or I have the item several times and can deliver a replacement.

gemäß Weltpostvertrag ist es nicht mehr gestattet, Warensendungen per Briefpost
zu versenden. Du hast also nur die Möglichkeit per Päckchen oder Paket zu versenden.
Als Geschäftskunde kannst du mit DHL einen Vertrag abschließen in dem du dich
verpflichtest jährlich mehr als 200 Sendungen zu versenden. Dann steht dir noch
die günstigere Alternative mit DHL "Warenpost International" offen. Unabhängig
davon mußt du, für alle internationalen (außerhalb der EU) Handelssendungen,
Zolldeklarationen ausfüllen. Die einzelnen Versender haben dafür eigene Formulare.
Bei Zahlung per Paypal ist es immer angebracht mit Sendungsverfolgung zu versenden,
da du ansonsten deinen Verkäuferschutz verlierst.

lose that when it's really on you to know your own country) or refuse it
and ask the seller to resend via usps and you pay that postage fee again.

UPS will also charge the seller for sending its back.

They have been ignoring me since.

What do you think I should do?
I have never left a negative feedback before, but this doesn't seem right.

With an NPB, yes, he would accept the buyer's terms. If the buyer then pays,
the seller must ship. The buyer is then free to also give a negative rating...

“I was asked to do X” is not an excuse to do X, especially when X is illegal
in all the countries involved.  It’s called being an accomplice and generally

How should customs know that the sale was made via Bricklink?

Nope.  Sales taxes are a state & local issue, not a federal one.  US customs
don’t check it and don’t collect it.

So “not seen, not caught”… except the US states’ authorities can ask BrickLink
(which is incorporated in the US and is a marketplace) for stats or individual
data about their residents and why do these residents have made orders on BL
but BL hasn’t remitted any tax for these orders.

And then BL will have to take actions against the members, both buyer and seller,
especially the seller when they are the one who proposed the fraud.

If you are going to improve me, be really precise. Today, 08/05/23, 300 XDR =
364.40 EUR.
And yes, the parcel must not weigh more than 2kg. But also the dimension plays
a role. If the parcel is larger than W + H + D ≤ 90 cm, no side longer than 60
cm, CN23 must always be used (in Germany).

As far as I know, you don't need anything except for the CN22 customs form.
We are not charged any import fees or customs until the order is for 1000s of
dollars.

I believe you will need to use an Onsite payment method as BrickLink collects
sales taxes for most US States. BL will take the taxes out automatically (on
Paypal it will show up as a 'Partner Fee' ) and you do not have to do
anything else.

4. Den Wechsel von Deutsch und Englisch vermeiden. Entweder erst aslles in Deutsch
und dann in Englisch, oder umgekehrt.
5. In deinen Beschreibungen der gebrauchten Sets ist die Verwendung von "like

Für eine nicht, falsch oder beschädigte Ware kann der Käufer nur einen NSS-Fall
eröffnen. Es geht hier also wahrscheinlich um die nicht richtig gelieferte Ware.
Das kannst du nur abwenden, wenn du ihm die richtige Minifig lieferst oder ihn
entschädigst. Beides solltest du gegenüber BL nachweisen können.

BL wird dir nicht helfen. Frage den Käufer, was du tun kannst, um ihn zu einer
positiven Bewertung zu bewegen. Eine neutrale Bewertung ist in deiner Shopbewertung
genauso, als wäre es eine negative Bewertung. Ist er nicht umzustimmen, kannst
du bei seiner Bewertung einen Kommentar abgeben. Der sollte sachlich und höflich
sein. Sonst kann er gelöscht werden. Anschließend würde ich ihn entsprechend
bewerten.

receive it, and I refund it, but how I know he didnt receive it? The seller can
say it send it and I didnt receive it, but will see what can I do

Wert. Und DHL Päckchen XS ist so ziemlich das günstigste, was noch möglich ist
ohne Geschäftskunden-Anmeldung.

Da bin ich ganz bei euch, als Privatversender macht es international keine grosse
Freude mehr.
Umso erfreuter war ich, als neulich jemand aus Neuseeland tatsächlich die absurden
100,99€ für ein Paket (Land/Seeweg !) bezahlt hat...


Ich wage zu bezweifeln, daß du dieses Paket als Warenpost international versenden
hättest können.

If you are a private seller, you are not responsible for shipping. Whether you
are a private or a professional seller is up to you, your tax office or a court,
no one else here.
Since the buyer paid via paypal, he will ask for his money back and get it since
you have no proof of delivery. If he opens a NSS case on Bricklink, you can avert
that with your proof of shipment.
However, the buyer can give you a negative feedback, which you can not remove
unless it contains prohibited statements or a possible NSS case is decided in
your favor.

Please distinguish, there is a land mass called Europe, similar to Australia
and there is a federation of European states called the European Union (EU).
The laws you mention do not apply anywhere else in the EU.
Germany is in the EU, but Switzerland is not.

What does this have to do with your survey?
The way it's done has been done for years. When a problem accumulates, you
naturally think about a solution.
So don't pin a medal on yourself for something you contributed absolutely

Once again for you to take note.
I have not ridiculed any of the participants. I have called the conclusion drawn
from it ridiculous.
What comments are full of exclamation points? You seem a bit prone to exaggeration.

I have not mocked or ridiculed the participants! Also, I have not participated
in this "vote" because I think it is superfluous.
However, one can not remain silent on this statement!
At the moment there are 1 352 197 members. Of these, 16 participants have voted,
with 4 voting for something that was not actually on the ballot. Ergo, that leaves
12 participants. That is ~0.001% of the total membership. How can you speak of
a will of the community there?
Never believe a statistic or list that you have not falsified yourself.

B) require a Pay-To-Play Positive Feedback, similar to the Seller Requirement
C) require new users to be Verified by some Official Secondary means w/ Bricklink.
D) ban Zero Feedback Members from posting URL Links in the Forum.
E) allow Zero Feedback Members Limited Forum Access that is a Moderator Only
visiblie / Replies Enabled post"

Results

A) 10% of members chose this option
B) 33% of members chose this option
D) 57% of members chose this option.

not to disregard member ideas, there were several topic inspried options created
as well.

in general, something needs to be done according to the Communiity,
the Majority of members who voiced their opinions would prefer either:

D) an across the board Ban on new members being able to post URL's in forum
posts.
or
B) new members be required to have at least 1 positive feedback before having
Forum Access posting abilities.
