I’m trying to work out if there is any collectibility or sale value to these

Bricklink hasn’t got any sales history or info for the items and the items I
just added to my collection are the only 3 listed as being in anyones collections
! So that’s a plus for the collectibility just wondering how do I get a potential
sale price for them ????

You may just have to be a trend setter with the item's value, as new as it
is: https://www.bricklink.com/catalogList.asp?pg=1&promoCatID=342&v=2
We've had to on occasion. Start high and work your way down in price, to
locate the real market value.

Also contact yokohama: https://www.bricklink.com/contact.asp?u=yokohama
Hear what they might have to add as to value.

Very cool item.

Ah but I see you don't have seller status. Perhaps do as advised, elsewhere
or upgrade to seller here.

Sorry I can't offer more

they might get that low. I dont think they are at the lowest yet as the set inventory
isn't completed so many people (not all) are waiting to partout the set until
they can do it normally so the prices may fall a bit still if you give it a month
or 2 but it might not be by that much

Does anybody have a prediction of where the price of phase 2 clone troopers from
the new battle pack will bottom? Will it be around $3 like the other recent clones
from battle packs or higher because they are in high demand and the set is $30.
Would love to hear what people think!

How are you connecting it to Legoland? I see no Lego logo or indicators.

It says "Legoland" on the face

Stopped zooming around 200%, getting old sucks.
It is a nice looking item.

no worries, I thought the same thing.

What is his value though? The price guide for this one indicates what price buyers
are NOT willing to pay, but doesn't indicate what price even one buyer is
willing to pay.

It is a figure with low supply, but (at the current listed prices) even lower
demand.

There is one sales to be found at the torso level:
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogPG.asp?P=973pb0012c01&ColorID=10

It seems that the other parts of the minifigure are low/normally priced only.

Back in the day, when you would take the time, besides just perusing the catalog
and price guides, how did you go about keeping up some of the market value trends
(I would be interested in knowing)?

I know nothing about this, but seeing as it’s sooooo extremely rare, it’s probably
worth over a 1000 dollars Canadian.(depending on the condition, and completeness)

Also if you could add this item to the bricklink catolog that would be awesome.(It
would hopefully help some others who may have this.)

I am going to say its worth a tenner max.

I'd imagine more like 75-100 Euro, given the box damage. They are quite sought
after. Demand is low but supply lower.

  Hello everyone,

My boyfriend said that old lego sets are worth a lot of money now a day. I have
a small lego set that I can not find anything about online. There are two sites
that talk about the existence of this set but nowhere can I find a price estimate.
I also don't know if this set is worth more in the future or not..

About how I got the set:
It was around 2017 when I wrote game reviews. I got an invite from Warner Brothers
to come to their office in Amsterdam to check out their new game Lego Worlds
to write a review. At the end of the press event we all got this set and a review
code for the game.

I have opend the box and made the set, but the original plastic and instruction
book is still there. There is a small tear in the box but overall I would say
it is in okay condition.

Can anyone tell me more about this set or what something like this is worth?

Thank you so much for your time!

Greetings,
Myrna

If not reduce progressively the price.

But you must "upgrade" your account to a Seller in order to sell here.
Note: it may take up to a few weeks.

It is a LCP set, not a LEGO set.

Ah sorry you're right.

It depends what you mean by appraised. You could sell it yourself on ebay
or I think catawiki is based in NL and they often auction hard to find sets like
this.

or I think catawiki is based in NL and they often auction hard to find sets like
this.

But like how do I know what to ask for it? I've seen sets that are worth nearly a thousand and ones that are not even like 100 dollars..

BL doesn't catalogue LCP sets. None of the many other LCP sets are here.

Also the condition is kinda strange, the fact that the parts came in a ziplock
bag is a very strange occurrence.(if that is to pass there may need to be a sealed
set unboxing) the box is in good shape, so that is a plus for price.

It is not that strange. LEGO didn't produce this, Bright Bricks did. Smsll
runs if independent produced sets are often done in zip lock bags.

If there was less then 500 produced than that will up the price. (If it was handed
out for a gift to game reviewers, than there may be less than 300 still intact)
I would imagine that the game reviewers would not have kept the thing around
for long.(especially the box)

Ziploc is quite common for things like this. All build and take home events from
lego are all ziplock bags

No, it would not be accepted to the catalog.

And it is only worth what someone will pay for it, which probably isn't much.

It was definitely not for sale, it even says so on the package. If I'm allowed
to add it I will do that.

Thank you for the quick response!
You really think it could be worth that much? I've read a bit more on the
certified professional sets and read that they can not make more then 500 sets,
so that would make it rare right? I have no expertise on lego sets.

I have made some extra pictures of the pieces and the box if it helps to find
a price.

Also yes the pieces were originally in a ziplock bag, weird isn't it?

Greetings,
Myrna

list more things people want and have low prices. dont add fees, have competitive
shipping costs. in general, its not to complicated strategy-wise but just is
time-consuming.

Just wondering if there is any value to a douple/triple logo misprint and how
best to market it for sale. Picture attached.

Thanks for any input!

80 L being about 50 lbs is a good tip, thank you! I can probably figure out a
more precise (while still estimated) weight that way. Say it turns out to be
just around 100 lbs, would you say that 500 Canadian Dollars is a reasonable
starting point to list for sale (on Kijiji or something similar)?

Yes about $5-$10 CAD per pound is average and in general about what I often buy
it for

Definitely a very reasonable price; especially as the figs are separated (easier
to gauge how many there are in the lot) and worth much more $. I haven't
bought bulk lots in a long time (especially locally), but I know in the Ottawa
area if that was listed for $500 with the figs, it would be gone fast - hopefully
it's similar in your area

Awesome. Thanks so much to both of you again for the help!

Glad to help!

Hi everyone, sorry if this doesn't belong here, this is my first time posting.

I have this collection of Lego that has been sitting in my parents house for
years and I'm finally looking to sell it all. I have seen that bulk Lego
is often priced by weight, but unfortunately I don't have a scale. From looking
at this photo I'm hoping someone with experience may be able to give me a
rough value for it all.

I'm not looking to get the absolute most out of it, because I'm hoping
to sell it quickly and all to one person (especially considering the time of
year). I just don't even know where to begin with pricing.

Thanks so much for any help you are able to provide!

If you are selling in the US only and choose to set your prices at the 6 month
average, do you use the 6 month average for the US or do you use the 6 month
average for all countries?

How do you get the 6 month average for USA only? For past sales, you can only
split by currency rather than location and lots of people sell in USD, not just
USA based sellers.

Plus it is a lot of work to do this manually. It might be worthwhile to do it
for more expensive items, but then it is often better to look at current domestic
competition rather than past sales.

Just wondering what what USA sellers typically use for 6 month average pricing?
If you are selling in the US only and choose to set your prices at the 6 month
average, do you use the 6 month average for the US or do you use the 6 month
average for all countries?

How do you get the 6 month average for USA only? For past sales, you can only
split by currency rather than location and lots of people sell in USD, not just
USA based sellers.

Plus it is a lot of work to do this manually. It might be worthwhile to do it
for more expensive items, but then it is often better to look at current domestic
competition rather than past sales.

Thank You.

The majority are not worth anything. You can do an advanced search for card and
the theme and sort by descending price to search for any valuable ones.

You’re better off listing on a local marketplace. Selling directly to a reseller
will get you 1/2 of its value or less.

You definitely want to leave it together if that's what you're asking.

Displays, last I checked were typically $150-$300 but I haven't looked in
years.

Looking at sold listings for other displays on Ebay is you're best bet

Crystal

Thanks. Great advice, will keep it together and check with EBAY.

The minifigure is in like-new condition (easily overlookable
fading; no bite marks, cracks, or other damage),

Faults that are easily overlookable for a seller are unlikely to be overlookable
for a buyer, especially if you are comparing it to a new figure.

if that means you are selling to the store itself you will get a much lower price
so keep in mind that even though it is worth about $40 CAD you would likely only
get $20 or so

Hello!
I have already looked at that page prior to posting this question as I wanted
to get a variety of opinions on how much I should sell it for from both buyers
and sellers. Thank you for sending me that page, though, as I will definitely
consult it again in the future.

I need some help. I am primarily a buyer of Lego, but on very rare occasions
I sell minifigures, and this is one of those instances.

If you're trying to sell it on Bricklink, you'll need a lot more stock [...]

Much more, he needs a Seller membership, and a shop!

If you're trying to sell it on Bricklink, you'll need a lot more stock
than a single minifigure, although star wars is one of the most popular themes.

I am trying to use the API, and I am a bit confused on the documentation here:

For the price guide, it says that total_quantity can be either the number of

difference? Thanks in advance for the help!

Are you seeing an index on the left? I found a page from that link that goes
to "Get Price Guide" as below:

https://www.bricklink.com/v3/api.page?page=get-price-guide

There is helpful information on how to pull specific data from the price guide
on that page. You might need to scroll down on the right side to see all of the
information, as it does not fit on one page on my 1924x1080 monitor in the browser
I'm using.

I'm just passing this along in case you somehow missed it when browsing the
API documentation. I don't know if it's related to your query.

Cheers ...

I guess it corresponds to the columns in the Price Guide:
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogPG.asp?P=3001&ColorID=5

See the total quantities:

You should get the 4 ones - or 1 if you can or have to specify which solumn you
wish, this I don't know.

Hello!

Long time fan of Lego, new to serious collecting/trading. I worked an event for
the Lego factory opening in Virginia a few months ago. It was closed to the public
and press, basically a cocktail party for politicians and corporate bigwigs.
There was a special minifigure torso pieces made just for the event's minifigure
building station, white body and sleeves with the state logo "Virginia is
for Lovers" across the front.
At the end of the event I grabbed the ones that were left over. The event organizer
told me they wouldn't be made again, and most of the people who have them
likely only took one to make a mini, and theyre not likely to turn up anywhere
as I don't expect the kind of people who were attending the event to be interested
in the Lego collectors market. I have six. Just wondering if anyone is interested
in these, or could tell me more about what I should do with them.

Hi there,

I have a large Lego Hulk model that I would like to figure out the value of.
I was told it is one of only 4 or 5 made worldwide for the Lego Marvel videogame
about a decade ago.
it's 19 ins tall by 18 1/2 in wide.
Weighs maybe 3-4lbs

You've got quite the rare set that even BrickEconomy doesn't have a price
on it.

Yes, thats why my question over here. Look everywhere at the internet, no known
prices

Could you add the inventory to Bricklink? At least that would give you the part
out value as a starting point.

suddenly it appears on rebrickable, as new set. just 1 part of the set is at
bricklink. letter "a" 0.94 euro.
so total set incl box will be aroud 150 euro

Here you'll find the items:

I’m one of those who will argue your assessment. I think there is close to 0
demand for these particular sets. Probably the best bet is to try an online auction
listing site. You might get $50 each if they’re complete in good condition.

well from me dwelling on the good ole internet, set 1062 is a very rare set from

and set 1064 is another very rare set from a different thread in another forum,

there probably will be some who will argue this but since there is none on the

collectors out there that very well will want these in a collection.

The white hair quite hard to find and is worth about £10-15. The whole set without
box is maybe £30-40. If you have the instructions they could be another £10 if
in good condition, and a similar price for the box. It could be higher if you
find the right buyer.

Interesting information about checking things over and not just assuming things
are all going to be in there. I’m going to keep that in mind.
Having worked in the production department, I was trying to figure out how on
Earth that box got packed. It should have never made it over the scales unless
someone was having a truly horrible day.

No doubt it was packed just fine. Then tampered with after reaching a store.

Hi all, new to bricklink so I apologize if there’s already a thread related to
this.

I bought Moff Gideon’s Light Cruiser (75313) new at Walmart before it was retired.
However upon opening the set to build it a few months after I bought it, I opened
the instructions to find this sealed new set was missing about half the bags
(bags 6-9) to complete the set. Long story short, After reaching out to lego
they said this sometimes happens and to return it for a new one. However I never
returned it. So my question is, I have a practically brand new set with the box,
and all the bags that are with it are sealed, what would potentially be the value
of it if I decided to sell it? The box is obviously unsealed along with the plastic
wrapping the instruction book was in, but other than that it’s sealed and has
all the figs except the dark trooper and grogu/the child.

You have:

Set No: 75315 Name: Imperial Light Cruiser
*
75315-1 (Inv) Imperial Light Cruiser
1311 Parts, 6 Minifigures, 2021
Sets: Star Wars: Star Wars The Mandalorian

The set number you typed in leads to this:

Set No: 75313 Name: AT-AT - UCS
*
75313-1 (Inv) AT-AT - UCS
6749 Parts, 9 Minifigures, 2021
Sets: Star Wars: Ultimate Collector Series: Star Wars Episode 4/5/6

That's not the set you're talking about. It is very easy to use the "Add
macro" button to add sets or parts into your posts, and previewing your
posts with the set numbers in it will help you find errors like being 2 digits
off the correct set number.

As to your set if you were to list it or offer it for sale, it can only be listed
as "New, Incomplete" if it were to be listed as a set in a store for
sale, and you should describe the condition of the box, bags, and the parts that
may be missing in those bags that you have, should you intend to sell it yourself.

If I were you I'd take The LEGO Group up on their offer to return it for
a new one.

Since the set was at Walmart, it may have been broken into, whilst some thief
attempted to steal bags from it. Did you notice any evidence of tampering or
damage to the box?

It does not matter if Walmart staff reseal a box, this does not guarantee that
all bags will be in the set. I reckon that what happened was that you picked
up a returned set that an unknown thief broke into, took some of the bags from
it, and returned the remaining portion to Walmart for a refund.

Whenever buying from Walmart it is up to the customer to check over the item
they're buying and the condition of the packaging it's in, if you just
pick up a set hoping it will be complete, you're going to get disappointed
again, as you have discovered.

Most of the LEGO boxes these days are quite tamper evident, although there are
ways to get around it that some unknown thief probably discovered. I would strongly
recommend taking an extra few minutes to ensure that your purchases are properly
sealed and that have not been tampered with in any way. Sometimes it is hard
to do, if you're in a rush. If you want good value for money, it's important
that you check it over properly.

Just my opinions. Buy smarter, not faster.

Cheers ...

Cheers ...
