Here very slow as well. I also can add some details where to look for the programmers.
Changing status, adding comments or sending invoices works slow, but eventually
it will get through. Adding shipping costs or any other fees will get an internal
server error.

Very good suggestion, this would make it much easier to put the address correctly
in electronic forms.
ISO 19160 would be a good start.
Maybe an addition to this. I notice a lot that the BrickLink address and the
Paypal address do not match. By the rules of Paypal`s seller protection, you
have to ship to the exact Paypal address. But in a lot of cases it is an old
address from the buyer. If the buyer pays offside there is nothing BrickLink
can do, but if payed onsite, BrickLink can make life much easier to let the buyer
correct the shipping address before finalizing the payment.
