It’s not the weight / size of the set, it’s the number of lots.

Never did that before and don't see an option. Can you please direct me
on how to split the upload into two? Thank you kindly!!

It is always that way ... take a look at the notes on the set page.
Additional Notes:
Due to the massive number of lines (1300+) in the inventory of this set, the
BrickLink system will time out during the part out process. You must part out
the set in two different halves.
LEGO needs to work on getting BL to process the large sets it produces these
days!
