Hallo an alle.

Werner

Better with an image and a link:

Set No: 1016 Name: Letter Bricks for Wall Board
*
1016-1 Letter Bricks for Wall Board
1985
Sets: Educational & Dacta: DUPLO: Learning

Thxs

You've got quite the rare set that even BrickEconomy doesn't have a price
on it.
https://www.brickeconomy.com/set/1016-1/lego-dacta-letter-bricks-for-wall-board

Yes, thats why my question over here. Look everywhere at the internet, no known
prices

Could you add the inventory to Bricklink? At least that would give you the part
out value as a starting point.

suddenly it appears on rebrickable, as new set. just 1 part of the set is at
bricklink. letter "a" 0.94 euro.
so total set incl box will be aroud 150 euro

Here you'll find the items:

It redirects to the v2 page anyway… unless you chose Classic I guess?

Yes I use Classic. My browser is Firefox. I've no other browser. I cleaned

I hope you can help me, I need to ship a Lego set #70622 to someone in Brazil,

I understand that Toys are on the prohibited list coming through customs. Could
you please advise (hoping you would have this knowledge) what HS Code would customs
accept? Would they accept HS Code 95030060 Sets or 95030080 Sets for Construction
Toy?

The set doesn't have any metal, or motors, or batteries included.

Or is there another HS Code that will be accepted?

The reason why I ask is that I sent the above listed set on code 9530009 as 'toy'
or 950300
for short, and customs rejected it and the parcel was returned to me.

I would really appreciate your assistance in this matter.
Kind regards

If the NSS case has occurred and the seller has rated you negatively, you can

As a fellow Canadian, it's MY job to know what my the tax implications are,
not a seller in another country. How can they possibly be up to date on 250
country's tax laws.

From now on, you need to insist they send it USPS, UPS and FEDEX have mandatory
brokerage fees. They not only collect the tax, they charge you for doing the
paper work.

Now, you can refuse the item, have it go back to the seller and then ask for
the money back aside from the postage costs they paid. (because why should they
lose that when it's really on you to know your own country) or refuse it
and ask the seller to resend via usps and you pay that postage fee again.

UPS will also charge the seller for sending its back.

  Hey guys,
I always had positive experiences on Bricklink but I am a bit stumped on a recent
order and would appreciate feedback on what to do.

Bought a set sold as NISB. Seller shipped it fast, but packed it very poorly
using an old Amazon box and only put a little bit of brown paper within the box
itself (the same one Amazon uses). Wasn't enough to even cover the set entirely.

The package was delivered squashed and the inner box of the set was damaged (both
squashed, creased and also ended up tearing on one spot).

I contacted the seller asking for a discount. They said that if they can get
a refund from the carrier, they will give me a discount, but since I didn't
"accept the parcel with reserve" I was most likely out of luck (worth
noting the courier just left it at reception, I didn't even have a chance
to meet the delivery guy).

I contacted the seller again, reminding them that it's their responsibility
to sell the product as advertised (especially considering it was packed REALLY
BADLY).
They have been ignoring me since.

What do you think I should do?
I have never left a negative feedback before, but this doesn't seem right.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

At first, I would open a NSR here on BL. The set was not as described.

The seller has to input it manually. Sometimes they forget or get lazy.

The seller must also manually enter the shipment number on Paypal, unless he
purchased the address label through Paypal.

NPB instead of cancelling the order.

With an NPB, yes, he would accept the buyer's terms. If the buyer then pays,
the seller must ship. The buyer is then free to also give a negative rating...

That was not my intention either. That it is not right is clear. But it would
not happen if the buyer does not ask.

Nope.  Sales taxes are a state & local issue, not a federal one.  US customs
don’t check it and don’t collect it.

So “not seen, not caught”… except the US states’ authorities can ask BrickLink
(which is incorporated in the US and is a marketplace) for stats or individual
data about their residents and why do these residents have made orders on BL
but BL hasn’t remitted any tax for these orders.

And then BL will have to take actions against the members, both buyer and seller,
especially the seller when they are the one who proposed the fraud.

That's not entirely true. For shipments up to ~350 € you can use the CN22
form. Beyond that you need the CN23 form.

Werner

To be precise, the threshold is XDR 300 (Special Drawing Rights), so €364.70
today.

And there’s also a limit at 2kg (which may be more easily reached?).

If you are going to improve me, be really precise. Today, 08/05/23, 300 XDR =
364.40 EUR.
And yes, the parcel must not weigh more than 2kg. But also the dimension plays
a role. If the parcel is larger than W + H + D ≤ 90 cm, no side longer than 60
cm, CN23 must always be used (in Germany).

Thank You very much for any replies!

Brickery.

As far as I know, you don't need anything except for the CN22 customs form.
We are not charged any import fees or customs until the order is for 1000s of
dollars.

I believe you will need to use an Onsite payment method as BrickLink collects
sales taxes for most US States. BL will take the taxes out automatically (on
Paypal it will show up as a 'Partner Fee' ) and you do not have to do
anything else.

Good luck!

1. Die Schriftart in deinen Verkaufsbedingungen ändern.

it and get no answer from seller, can I do anything, or like some people already
told me, IBAN payment, there is nothing you can do?? Thanks

Here on Bricklink you only can open a NRS (not responding seller) or a NSS (not
shipping seller).

Where? I can't find it.

https://brickset.com/sets/10774-1/Mickey-Mouse-Minnie-Mouse-s-Space-Rocket

Here you can find the barcode numbers in the right summary box. Unfortunately,
these data are not listed for all sets. The UPC code is only used in the US,
the EAN code is used internationally.

  Hi,
Would it be possible to include item's UPC on the catalog page (if applicable)?
Maybe also ISBN/ISSN for books? I know parts wouldn't have UPCs, but most
sets do. This might be a useful thing for some people, especially if the catalog
was searchable by UPC/ISBN/ISSN.

You can already put the ISBN for books as the item number, such as 9781338214970.

[B=9781338214970]

And usually the EAN is the same as the ISBN without spaces or dashes.

Thank you

Start an NPB. Then the buyer can not give a feedback if he does not pay.

Yes, that's it!
Looks like the same pins.

The amount of fakes on Catawiki is really worrying.

Yes. I stopped buying there a few years ago.

I have come across a collection of pins similar to the pin007, but in several
different colors.
The pin with black background is already catalogued, but I also have red, orange,
yellow, white, green, blue and no-color (all metal) - so a total of 8 different
colors.
I can't seem to find a place to add new colors to an existing part. So hope
this is the right place to raise this issue?

I think that I have recently seen a warning for fake pins like that...
If so, then they were not made by LEGO.

I have not found it yet... I'll try to remember to search again later.

Hey everyone, so I sent an expensive order to someone with track & trace however
it seems like the postage company lost it somehow since he has not recieved it
for a very long time. The buyer is understandably upset however I have made it
clear in my terms that I am not responsible for any lost packages. Now the question,
is he allowed to give me negative feedback for something I could not do anything
about and if he does give it is there any way I can remove the feedback since
I don't have anything to do with it?

If you are a private seller, you are not responsible for shipping. Whether you
are a private or a professional seller is up to you, your tax office or a court,
no one else here.
Since the buyer paid via paypal, he will ask for his money back and get it since
you have no proof of delivery. If he opens a NSS case on Bricklink, you can avert
that with your proof of shipment.
However, the buyer can give you a negative feedback, which you can not remove
unless it contains prohibited statements or a possible NSS case is decided in
your favor.

You are not quoting Paypal, you are quoting a user of Paypal. Moreover, this

belonged to Ebay and the conditions were still quite different.

Please distinguish, there is a land mass called Europe, similar to Australia
and there is a federation of European states called the European Union (EU).
The laws you mention do not apply anywhere else in the EU.
Germany is in the EU, but Switzerland is not.

seller is not required too, yeah he should to stay professional if he truely
made the mistake , but paypal won't require it. if i'm wrong , feel free
to prove me wrong, you'll get a free high-five.

Again, this transaction occurred in Europe they have much stronger consumer protection
laws.

What does this have to do with your survey?
The way it's done has been done for years. When a problem accumulates, you
naturally think about a solution.
So don't pin a medal on yourself for something you contributed absolutely
nothing to.

see....

my Poll worked.

acknowledgement & solution being formulated.

from it ridiculous.
What comments are full of exclamation points? You seem a bit prone to exaggeration.

your statement of "Ridiculous, what community" downplays the involvement

I have not mocked or ridiculed the participants! Also, I have not participated
in this "vote" because I think it is superfluous.
However, one can not remain silent on this statement!
At the moment there are 1 352 197 members. Of these, 16 participants have voted,
with 4 voting for something that was not actually on the ballot. Ergo, that leaves
12 participants. That is ~0.001% of the total membership. How can you speak of
a will of the community there?
Never believe a statistic or list that you have not falsified yourself.

"Poll:

Which option would you prefer as a Spamming Solution

A? nothing, Raw Spam is Delicious!
B) require a Pay-To-Play Positive Feedback, similar to the Seller Requirement
C) require new users to be Verified by some Official Secondary means w/ Bricklink.
D) ban Zero Feedback Members from posting URL Links in the Forum.
E) allow Zero Feedback Members Limited Forum Access that is a Moderator Only
visiblie / Replies Enabled post"

Results

A) 10% of members chose this option
B) 33% of members chose this option
D) 57% of members chose this option.

not to disregard member ideas, there were several topic inspried options created
as well.

in general, something needs to be done according to the Communiity,
the Majority of members who voiced their opinions would prefer either:

D) an across the board Ban on new members being able to post URL's in forum

or
B) new members be required to have at least 1 positive feedback before having
