but the new number was already added to Brickset in 2017 and is most likely just

This was obviously a mistake. I'm sure
does not exist in yellow.
And
is the older variant and was definitely phased out in 2006 so it should be the regular part. (Swapping regular and alternate also makes it easier to add the extra x151.)
