| Please add part no. 86400 to . The changes are subtle. Most visible
is that the inside of the bun is hollow in the new version, which may also be
very slightly textured. But the new part no. is of course also a dead giveaway.

| Minor changes have been made to . New part no. is 77079. I have ordered
both colors from pick-a-brick (the old version is sold out), and the changes
are very subtle. The underside features are a bit more rounded with less texture
and the top tetrahedon seems to be a bit smaller. Part 30304 shows "(C) LEGO",
while 77079 shows "(C) 1999 LEGO Group".
In the attached photos, the new 77079 and the two right-most.

| Please add a note for part .
Just like part 837, this part comes with different bottom tubes configuration.
I have three parts in my collection:
"Pat. pend." with 9 bottom tubes
"Pat. pend." with 5 bottom tubes
"Pat. pend." erased with 5 bottom tubes
My guess is therefore that the 9 bottom tubes version is the oldest. I'll
upload a comparison image to the part.

| After a dialog with a customer, I have identified three variants of
which corresponds to the three known PCCs.
The thin clips come in two lengths/variants. The oldest variant has the longer
clips, i.e. the shortest flag.
Please update the note on this part. I'll upload this comparison image.

| I just found a variant of this part that I haven't seen before. This part
is not blank, it's slightly textured. It has "(C)" on it, so I have no reason
to believe it's not the real deal.
Has anyone seen this before? I can't decide if it's LG or LBG, it
seems to be in between but leans more towards LBG.
Please consider adding a note to this part.

it's in Greenlandish, and that language is not available for selection. Could
this be addded?

This part and its stickered/printed variants are not really rectangular. They
are (irregular) octagonal. Please rename these parts, it's hard to find them
based on their current name.

The spring is still hard but looks different than the current images for this

| Please add a note for that is has both a thin and a thick clip variant.
I have uploaded a comparison image. My thin clip is from a set from 2008 and
my thick clips come from a 2021 set, so the change took place between those two
years.
My guess is that the two part numbers 2525 and 53912 identify the variants (the
latter are printed on my thick clip parts).

Should this part not include the "marbled" word? It seems to be molded in the
same way as
Also:
It's not only the blade end that's trans-orange. It's half of the
whole part - it's Pearl Gold on one side, and Trans-Orange on the other.
I believe the tip is also, although the Pearl Gold side is semi transparent.
So please consider changing the name.

Author: | normann1974 | Posted: | Dec 14, 2021 17:39 | Subject: | Consider merging parts | Viewed: | 122 times | Topic: | Catalog Requests | For: | Catalog Associate | Status: | Completed
| I'm not sure that and [P=92253c00pb05] differ enough to
warrant being different parts.
All minifig images using those parts look tan to me, only the comparison photo
on the first part shows a slight difference in color, but note that one is a
dual mold with (non-printed) tan shoes, the other is a single mold with tan printed
shoes. The dark blue part underneath probably makes the tan color seem darker
just like it happens for other colors on other parts (e.g. pies).
So my advice is to merge the parts because all other single/dual-mold mini doll
leg variants that I know of are handled by a single part with a note on it that
variants exist. Example:
* | | 92251c00pb02 Mini Doll Hips and Trousers Cropped with Magenta Butterflies, Light Nougat Legs, and Medium Lavender Sandals with Straps Pattern - Thick Hinge Parts: Mini Doll, Legs |
Another solution for consistency is to split all known single/dual mold mini
doll leg variants.

Author: | normann1974 | Posted: | Nov 14, 2021 17:38 | Subject: | Brick 1 x 6 "frosted" (and possibly others) | Viewed: | 131 times | Topic: | Catalog Requests | For: | Catalog Associate | Status: | Completed
| The catalog states that part [P=3009f3] has "frosted vertical lines". It seems
to be just "inside supports", found in other bricks as well. Actually, these
inside supports also exist for vintage 1x6 bricks in other colors (I have found
them in red, black, blue, white, yellow) but for some reason, the catalog considers
those to be regular 3009's. What is the reason for this differentiation?
IMHO, 3009f3 should either be merged with 3009, or 3009f3 should include the
other colors. Or at least mention this confusion in a note on the parts involved.
This issue may also be relevant for other brick types (1x2, 1x3, 1x4, 1x8). I
haven't checked if the opaque colors exist with inside supports for these
yet.

| I seems that the part numbers 6558 and 42924 for this part is actually two clearly
different molds. The number of slots is different and the hole is round or squared.
6558 is the right one (and probably the oldest).
Please consider writing this in a note on the part like on other parts.

| Please add a note to part . There's at least to visually different
variants visible on the angle of the stem attachments: one is vertical, one is
slanted. The slanted version seems to be the oldest, it has a slightly lighter
shade of green and it's moulding pip is not in the logo (but likely on the
bottom inside). See attached image that I'll also upload as comparison image.
