| Hi everyone!
As the set is quite new, I couldn't find any information about this online.
How many bags should this set have? Also - are there any bags with the same number
(like it is common in other sets)?
I ordered mine from a normal shop (not bricklink and also not Lego) and the seals
look damaged (one was even open). My set has 18 bags (no double numbers), but
it only weighs 3332g (compared to the 3404g that it should have according to
bricklink).
Thanks!
|
I just built this set, it has 18 numbered bags, no steps have multiple bags.
1 unnumbered bag, and a cardboard wrapped baseplate.
hope that helps

Try flipping to the end of the instruction booklet and see what number they have
on the last bag you open. It'll be a good method of knowing unless there
are multiples of any number.
|
True, didn't think about that, thanks
But then there is always the possibility that there were 2 bags with the same
number (like in other sets), like you've said.
And I'm missing 72g as well - but I guess that no bag is that lightweight.

On Italian Lego official website it says "temporarily terminated".

| Whatever floats your boat.
This reproduction has to have value to an elite collector, especially if they
have an original old grey minifig - if anything, it has to be rarer than a genuine.
In New Sets, popsicle writes:
| … of a Star Wars Collectible Minifigure Series release?
Never got around to participating in the Collectible Minifigure craze, I'm
admittedly starting from clueless in asking about this, but nonetheless ~
I gotta believe that it would be extremely well-received and eagerly anticipated
if announced. Can’t think of any obvious hindrances in producing it either, considering
several Disney-held IP’s and Brands have been among LEGO lineups for sometime,
including SW. In other words, there’s history and a track-record.
I’d wager such a product would shatter a few TLG sales records. Kinda seems like
a Lego no-brainer, albeit without knowing details. You’re left wondering, when
considering that The Collectible Minifigure Series has been a boon to LEGO sales
since it’s introduction over a decade ago (hope that ideas-guy/gal got their
deserved promotion) and since then many themes and ideas have been utilized,
yet no Star Wars?
Could it be the marketing folks of TLG, weighing the strengths of products such
as the periodic sales-incentivizing SW minifig polybag and the extremely popular,
recurring SW advent calendar, against flooding that market-space with the far
less costly Collectible Minifigure?
Or maybe it’s the concern that adding SW to the Collectible Minifigure Series
product line would potentially weaken SW set sales, that’s viewed as unwarranted
and deemed unacceptable? After all, if being candid, without the pull of the
characters of that iconic theme offered through the immensely popular “minifig”,
I honestly don’t believe Star Wars would be a viable product line for TLG today,
much less a blockbuster sales/revenue source. In other words, don’t risk sickening
the gold-egg-laying goose with loads of low-cost and perhaps more exciting new
SW minifigs?
Then there’s the limited number of available popularized-through-movie characters
to use. In which case, they could make a classic version instead of contemporary
or new characters? Maybe do a single run. An actual limited edition, not the
“Limited Edition” Lego of the 2000s
Just some curiosity-spawned erratic thoughts, born of an idiosyncratic attempt
to avoid tasks at hand. In other words, nonsensical to some… So then why write
it out? Hey, it’s cheaper than therapy!

| This is probably a question for SW fans out there:
There's an upcoming set, the Inquisitor Transport Scythe with three inquisitor
minifigs.
I believe the Fifth Brother from that set is a remake of the SW0747 from set
75157.
Is the Grand Inquisitor a remake as well? There was a minifig SW0622 from set
75082 which was only named "The Inquisitor." Are they the same character?

are through the app, and where there is a lot of choice and variation possible
by doing it this way. This means that none of the minifigures in this set have
a fixed build, and have a lot of possible combinations.
What is the plan for listing these in the catalog? List every possible combination
according to the digital instruction? List them as a minifig with multiple chests
and hats to allow every possible combination in one listing? Or not list these
minifigures at all?

has one minifig built in the instructions:

has one minifig and one robot dog:

will have 2 minifigs: Lieutenant Duke DeTain and Betsy Bass, pending soon....

I just realized that. I’m parting a couple out right now (yay for the new yellow!),

inventory this way. Thanks on behalf of all who will be selling or checking these
sets in the next couple months or years.

That's very kind of you. I am sure the admins are going to have an interesting
time verifing these! Despite my cheeky comment, I do actually enjoy working on
products like these. When LEGO makes something new, we have to figure out how
to make it work with our catalog.
