The regional rate boxes can be more expensive than regular if the regular box
is light enough. You can ship a regional rate box full of lead or with just
one Lego part and the cost is the same. I suspect that is why the price discrepancy.

| I saw someone post in regards to the pending price increases from USPS that there
is a carrier API option and that it works. Where is it and how can I change
to that option?

I would link her to the inventory page of the minifig where she can see that
the torso can have one of the two prints.
And I would request the catalog Admins to split this torso as the difference
is very noticeable.

I did do that and she is still feels I misrepresented what I sold her because
it doesn't match what is shown in the stock photo of the figure.

| I'm hoping for some advice. I sold figure twn040 to a customer in Canada.
She is upset because the stitching is slightly different on the torso than what
the stock picture is in BL. When you look up the torso for said figure it states
that there are two different varieties of this torso. I feel that I've done
nothing wrong but she feels I have wronged her. Normally I just take the high
road in such situations especially if it is just a few dollars but with the shipping
and everything this is kind of a big hit for me right now.
Advice?

Kinda hope it gets straighten-out, the fees and their ability to properly run
a store. I’ve not known them to be dishonest people, which might point to a disruption
in their lives, hopefully not catastrophic. They still hold the distinction as
the highest volume store in orders, on BL (albeit from their years in Idaho,
prior to their move)
I’ve witnessed the recovering of large-stores from crashes like this before.
It happens.
