| Incomplete sets listed are becoming more and more of an annoyance, for me at
least.
There are now numerous set entries where "new incomplete sets" take up the entire
landing page - or more. A lot of these consist of so few parts I feel they should
be in a different category (76125 is a good example dum-e and extinguisher are
+/- 20 parts in a set of 524 parts only 4% of the set)
OR
Is there a way to filter them out completely? The only option I can find is "exclude
from my price guide"
Also are they included in "6 month average"? if so that is a major concern
Surely New/Incomplete is intended for missing instructions/stickers/box not 96%
of the set!

| MEK is nasty stuff. Don't breath the fumes. Hard to find as well.
Acetone works, but high % not off the shelf nail polish remover. Apply with a
syringe (one that won't melt with acetone) it will flow around the joint.

As a registered business, I have a "blanket certificate of resale" to whom and
how do I send this?
It isn't possible to claim tax back, other than offsetting in-state tax collected,
which is minimal on other venues, and BrickLink collect it here.
Seller in Texas, I'm in Tennessee
Thanks

Short answer: you can’t.

Seriously? BrickLink must be killing B2B sales. Definitely killed my intended
purchase, at least here.

| Would you please consider adding customer IP address country in order detail.
I've had a good number of orders going to freight forwarders usually in Delaware,
Florida and Oregon
I'd like to know what country the order is actually going to, showing the
customers geographic location based on where they ordered from would be helpful
Thanks

| I had to refund an order in full, due to missing sticker sheet.
Customer preferred full refund over partial refund.
The "check box" to file disappeared so it seems I'll never be able to remove
the refunded order from current orders.
Thanks

| Please list “Dark Red” and “New Dark Red” separate.
LEGO note them as different. They are very different and mixed up in one build
don’t look good.
Thanks

| @Admin Russell
This has probably been around before, my apologies!
Within international copyright law, i believe it states that copyright is automatically
vested in the creator. Unless rights are assigned (and/or reassigned) by contract.
Images supplied to BrickLink should be the property of the creator, however if
memory serves, BrickLink claimed copyright when BrickOwl emerged back in 2013.
Was copyright truly, legally transferred?
If so does LEGO group now own (or claim to own) said copyright?
OR do the individual creators of images still own Copyright?
Just curious, mostly interested in the images of minifigures being used and the
ability to use on eBay, individual stores own websites etc.
Thanks.
