  Hmm, your glass is an “old” one in PC, no?

Both glass 35315 and green window with old number mold 60592 I taken from this

Part No: 60592  Name: Window 1 x 2 x 2 Flat Front
*
60592 Window 1 x 2 x 2 Flat Front
Parts: Window

New mold is practically identical. The most visible difference are mold lines
on sides of new one - 79128 (marked by arrows)

It looks like the top is thicker too (and the base thinner to adjust to the glass’s
height), or does the colour makes it seems so?

As you can see on last photo unfortunetly I didn't perfectly allign them
reddish brown one is slightly leaning
I put them on couch for quick photo not on perfectly flat surface

Ah, yes indeed, a parallax issue then.  I should have realized you wouldn’t have
missed such a difference

And I checked and I have to congratulate you of having perfect eyes. There is
a ca. 0,2-0,3 mm or less (for sure this is a less then a milimeter) difference.
Old window has opening moved up ca. a fraction of a millimeter

But now I have a problem as you can see on last image I tried to put a window
with number 35315 molded on it, alternate number to:

Part No: 60601  Name: Glass for Window 1 x 2 x 2 Flat Front
*
60601 Glass for Window 1 x 2 x 2 Flat Front
Parts: Window, Glass & Shutter
and as I can without a problem remove this window from old 60592, in new mold
79128 window clicked as you can see on one photo but now it stuck and it completly
impossible to remove it without destroying it. Those fractions of a millimeter
caused it. You can see scratches on part and window when I tried to remove it
but still hasn't sucseed

P.S. finally removed the window but as you can see I damage both parts

So if combined the only solution keep them together and do not separate

Parts: Window
