From my nephew's collection. 100% certainty here. The change log shows that this was the former entry but was deleted in 2017. Guess both versions exist then.

I have just opened a sealed set today and it's in front of me. I was intending to sell it sealed until I got water inside through the holes in the lid..... oops.
You can verify in the instructions, the intermediate and final build, no need for a fourth 3L axle. It's not even here to keep as an extra. There are only three.

Part is listed as 2518 Plant, Tree Palm Leaf Large 10 x 5. Correct part is actually 6148 Plant, Tree Palm Leaf Small 8 x 3. Look at box artwork and first page of instructions, it is using the smaller size leaf.
