I just bought new 42083 Bugatti Chiron set and there is only one (not two) spare item x127c11 (Black String with End Studs 11L Overall (8.6 cm))

"Extra parts can vary depending on when and where a set was manufactured,
meaning that some new sets may include them and others may not. The quantity
of these extra parts can also vary. Extra parts are typically not removed
or reduced in quantity unless it can be determined that they were originally
added or increased in error."

So your request will be rejected, somebody else found 2 extra of this part so
it stays as it is, inventory has been done from sealed set content.

There is a black 3009 with a black sticker (aprox. 1x6) placed near the yellow Lamborghini sticker on the sticker sheet.

You can't add plain part as a replacment for stickered part which is missing
in counterpart section. This request will be rejected. Please first add this
part with sticker applied to the catalog with photos https://www.bricklink.com/wantedCatalog.asp?catType=P,
then fill Inventory Change Request and add them after they are aproved.
