I am guessing you want to set up your own web shop, and use BrickLink as a back-end
for all the info. If you then also want to handle your own orders and not have
those flow through BL - that won't happen. It would be a blatant violation
of the ToS.
If I misunderstood, you might want to explain some more what you are trying to
accomplish.

Hello no would like to use prestashop for the backend.
I like to sell on bricklick and i like to sent the orders to the Prestashop an
make in Presta the invoice.... I would like to automatically submit orders from
Bricklink to Prestashop. Furthermore, I would like to link the articles of Bricklink
with Prestashop or automatically do an automatic import in Prestashop, so that
I do not have to create every article in Prestashop
|
You'd either have to do manual downloads of the catalog items and your received
orders, or you have to look into the BrickLink API. The last option will require
quite a bit of programmer's elbow grease:

And that here is why you should have started numbering from zero: you columns
would have been 00-09, 10-19, etc.
First digit = column, second digit = row.
Of course, the day you add a row, you count from 00 to 0A.
And then you can go up to 36 rows and 36 columns, all with a two “digits” number.
All neat and well ordered. Yessir.

Well, each rack segment holds 60 trays. There is space above each rack for (4)
58qt totes, as well as about a 4" high space for large, flat storage, this is
where I store large instruction books and some large set boxes. Technically that
area is A00, I suppose. There is also space to hold an additional (4) 58qt totes
of bulk storage below each rack as well. Sections hold 20 trays, and are labelled
across A-I, 3 sections per rack segment, 3 rack segments currently, total. These
house the bulk of my New parts stock.
Bin cups in the trays are two sizes, and are moveable and configurable to handle
most any sized stock. In addition to that are 3 rolling aluminum racks that each
hold one whole section's worth of working stock trays each, to take stuff
from the sorting room table to the stockroom, and 6 rolling carts that hold (8)
58qt totes of Used, unsorted stock each, for mobility in taking stock in and
out of the sorting room. It's a cozy little operation!

Very nice setup, and a great help for those who are moving or thinking of moving,
into a larger inventory situation. Mine uses slightly larger trays, same type
of arrangement, but the trays are 2' deep x 1' wide x 4" tall, and I
use bin cups in them. I notate drawer number(s) a lot is in, as it's easy
enough to grab a whole tray and scan through in a few seconds to see which bin
cup they are in.
My trays are lettered horizontally by section, and numbered vertically, two columns
of trays per letter section. So A1-A10 are in column one, A11-A20 are in column
two. And while the whole thing is kind of free form, I try to maintain colors
in a column, and things like slopes in row 9-10, 1x plates in 7-8, 2x plates
5-6, etc. Thanks for the video!

You can import the XML code from rebrickable into excel using the developer tap,
and then fill out the pricing column, the columns may need to be re-mapped depending
on what it looks like from rebrickable, then export (also on the developer tab)
the new spreadsheet to XML that is 'upload friendly' for bricklink. Follow
the rules below to make sure the XML is upload friendly.

They are both in the catalog. If you are talking about providing inventories,
no one has them reserved or pending.

Thanks for the info; yes, I was referring to inventories. I've since discovered
how to figure this question out on my own. I'll look into providing them.

I think it's possible this way:
Click the add to Wantlist button on the order details page or after checkout.
Or add the items in Wantlist icon in the settings of the orders Placed page.
Download the Wantlist and upload it to your inventory.

Hi,
Thanks, I did that
Now, two problems:
1) I "reserved" the set - how can I set it free as it looks like I cannt proceed
(see below)
2) There already is an inventory that has been added by somebody else, but
a) some of the parts added before are not available and marked red
b) some of the parts do not match the code I see in the Inventory
I understand I could edit the inventory provided by someone else - but it looks
like he/she did manage to somehow associate a correct picture in the "LEGO guide"
shown in the left column
Then there is the "big yellow wheel" that some seems not to be known to bricklink
at all. Can this be?
|
Yes a new set can have new parts.
The partial inventory you are looking at is not someone else's attempt.
That's the list of pieces that Lego.com has on the page where you can request
pieces that were missing from your set. It auto-uploads to help you get started.

| Hello,
I recently purchased the "SDCC2018-2: Black Lightning" set. I then went on Brickset
to add it to my collection, but no minifig is listed for the set. I proceeded
to send them a message so they could fix this error, but they told me they rely
on Bricklink for their minifig inventory.
That's why I'm posting a message here. I noticed that there are two entries
for Black Lightning on Bricklink : comcon056-1 for the full set and sh521 for
the minifig. But these two entries are not linked one to another.
Could someone in the admin team link them?
Thanks a lot!
