| I'm curious, I ran across a UK seller with parts I'd like but in 5000
sales they have nearly 40 negs. Almost all of them have the seller blaming the
Royal mail service.
About 30 or so are people complaining about either missing orders, or missing
parts, and then the missing parts are mailed and those come up missing.
Basically almost all the bad reviews are claiming the order or replacements never
came and the seller just replies with how they are not responsible.
Almost every reply is a version of "too bad, so sad". I find a
hard time believing this person isn't just ripping people off.
I've shipped, goodness, 6k parcels at least between various platforms and
I've had only 2 vanish. So will someone vouch for this person or are they
full of it?

| Where do these show up? In an email? On the buyers dashboard? I've used these
over the years and never, not once has a buyer been able to find it to approve
it. I'm 100% sure I'm submitting them.
I've never had one as a buyer, so I have no item how to help people find
the thing. I would think they'd get an email or something no? They all have
claimed to receive nothing and I end up just using a credit, but I'd prefer
to not have to relist things manually.

Forgive me I'm not sure how this works or I'd do it myself
Can someone create a part out listing for the face/head and body for this dino?

Also the same dino but a different color has a listing for the body but not the
head.
I have 3 of the bodies (can provide pic if needed if someone parts it out) but
I don't have any heads, and also don't have any way to hopefully
buy their heads one day because there's no catalog listing for it.

| I just ran across a seller that is handing out neutrals for buyers not marking
orders "completed" within a month.
He's given out nearly 150 of them
Is this....ok? I mean it seems like a bizarre abuse of the feedback system and
I'm sure its alienating new buyers

| Having a problem right now, delivered package and they can't find it, which
is whatever,
BUT
I highly, highly suspect I'm talking to a child. I've reported the member
(its a new account, zero feedback) and blocked them already. They are moderately
hostile, so perhaps I'll even get a neg for this, but again, it is what it
is I guess.
But what I'm wondering is when you report for age how on earth bricklink
substantiates this? I mean, there's no way to prove it right?
Do you just have to get a few reports of the same thing and then if it walks
and quacks like a duck its a duck?
Just curious is anyone knows or your experiences

| New buyer, bought a vintage fig. Sent out no issues when received etc.
Today I get a paypal dispute (wth??) I figure out its a brickink transaction
but have heard nothing here, no communication, nada.
Guy broke a vintage figure trying to pry off the arm, he said it must be fake
because this happens AND there's no logo inside the feet.
I respond with "that color from that era breaks easily, and I've never even
heard about a logo inside the feet (which I just checked some when I got home,
looks like some had it and some don't, which is typical for lego)
I then realize he's left me a neg with the pretty serious accusation of the
fig being fake.
He refuses to send pics of the hips and torso with the logo.
I think he broke it and is just crying fake to get a refund. I told paypal I'd
refund him on its return. The stupid part is if he had just messaged me I probably
would have just refunded it to be nice to a fellow collector.
I'm screwed on the FB right? Sigh

| Printed a label, no issue. Next order only comes up as UPS.
I can manual select the USPS flat rate packaging, but otherwise I cannot find
any way to get to USPS shipping. This should be a USPS first class package
Its just a normal sized package like all my others, could it be the address or
is this a glitch?

| HELP!
I got a payment using an e check (through paypal). Bricklink FINALLY marked it
no longer pending (!) late last week after waaay too long but paypal still hasn't
cleared it 15 days later.
The customer is (rightfully so) getting irritated their order hasn't shipped.
I think however they are under the impression that I'm doing something wrong
here and I'm fearing a neg sadly. They say other sellers had no issues from
the same day and they have a decent amount of feedback
Everything I read says 6-10 days to clear. How long is this supposed to take??

Several PARTIAL sets. I just don't have the time to deal with it right now.
Includes Several rare gems. Parts inventories included, I'm not honestly
interested in sending out parts lists or being grilled with questions because
I get too many window shoppers, so I'm pricing this at what I paid before
I sorted it to make it worth it to a buyer.
The bag on the bottom left is some extra/rando parts.
There is some discolor on some of the blue and gray but overall good shape, etc.
Weighs 10 lbs boxed.
