| Hello Everyone!
I want to start off by saying, THANK YOU for being here with me for 20 years come this Saturday.
We have put the entire shop on sale. Sets are a minimum of 9% off, with many up to 15%. Everything else is on sale at a minimum of 15% up to 50% off.
Sale will go on until next Tuesday, the 12th. PLEASE NOTE - Nothing will ship until at least September 14th - smaller orders will be processed first (they are fast), larger orders will be done as soon as possible.
If your order needs to be boxed/invoiced it may take us until early next week to get that done as we will be out of town.
Thank you once again for 20 great years, and we are looking forward to another 20!

| Hello all!
We will be closing up shop in early February and not returning until sometime in early May of this year (2023).
We've put on a storewide sale and welcome all orders while we are open. We won't be available to fill orders during our closure so wanted to make sure everyone had a chance to get what they were interested in before we are closed.

| I'm posting this publicly due to this buyer being a potential issue for other
sellers:
Buyer: aircargo
Ordered $135 of product shipping to a U.S. address, with a Canadian address in
his profile. He supplied us with the U.S. address, and we have clear messages
about it. He filed a PP chargeback in JULY, after posting positive feedback shortly
after the item was delivered in May. Paypal sided with us, and now, after a month+
evidently he filed with his credit card, and they sided with him, so now we are
being charged back the entire amount plus $15.00 fee because he states he didn't
get the item, but left us feedback stating he did.
You might want to stoplist this guy, as since he's done it to us, I'm
sure he'll do it to others, and it won't matter if it goes to his address
in Canada or the U.S. as most credit card companies aren't this lenient,
in my experience, with no proof.
We reached out to him, and no response at all, which tells me he's doing
this fraudulently.

| In addition to the major issues with Stockrooms right now, you can also not see
any inventory when selecting "Show All" - and to add insult to injury, now the
"dimensions" are all messed up which makes the input boxes super small.
AND - now I'm going through our shops inventory and only a couple of items
can be seen with any inventory - everything else is not showing up at all. Example:
Animal, Accessory (300 items in 1 lot), Animal, Air (750 items in 4 lots) show
up fine. Then, Animal, Body Part, Decorated (625 items in 3 lots) won't show
up at all - says ZERO items and it's very hit/miss - I have one that has
over 70 lots that comes in fine, but the ones around it do not.
HELP PLEASE.
This is insanity. There's no way to do proper work on your store like this...

| We just put the entire shop on a deeper discount for the Holiday shopping weekend. Please stop in and see if we have anything you desire. Our other shop, BulkAThon (all bulk) is also have a discount, and you can combine orders to save on shipping!
We did just list almost every Minifig Collectible Series set in the shop (one of each), along with some Modulex (I'll be listing more this coming month).
Stop on in, we'd love to see you!
As a side note, we will be closing both shops around December 30th until around mid April of next year, so do be sure to stock up now.

| Hello,
I've got a customer in France that placed an order, paid VAT, and we shipped
it. No invoice or IOSS number listed on the order, or telling us to send it (and
it got overlooked on our end, honestly - this is still new to us, so getting
used to it will take a few orders).
Now our customer is saying they're getting asked to pay the VAT that was
already paid to BrickLink.
We need some help (both us and the customer) ASAP - sent a message to the Help
Desk, but in my experience, no one ever responds.
Is there an Admin out there reading this that could expedite this issue and get
us some guidance?
I'd also like to know how we should all handle this going forward - if there's
an order that pays VAT but no invoice is made?
