| You gotta be kidding me!
This is the first time this has happened to me in a lot of orders on here.
I ordered what was supposed to be new Lego pieces.
I received used Lepin or other off-brand pieces. One stud on each piece is indented
where the Lego logo would go.
These people should not be allowed to operate on here. Go sell that junk on
fleabay.
|
16 pieces in the order all Lepin or some knock off.
The problem with order page is confusing. When I click that my only option is
"Cancel this order" with a selected radio button that I can't unselect
and a Take Action button making it seem if I file a complaint I'm trying
to cancel the order. Do I have to wait for a few days to pass before I can really
do anything?
|
And he's no longer registered. headhunter_odst (193) Is the seller.
|
I noticed that your the 5th negative feedback he has received in the past couple
of weeks for selling fake Lego - on top of another 8 negative for selling used
as new over the past year. So a total of 13 negatives out of 57 total feedbacks
for selling - SCUM.

Probably what happened is the buyer placed an order in your store and completed
it but before you sent him an invoice, he came back and placed another order.
BrickLink will automatically combine them into one order if the order is still
"Pending"..
We had this happen several times in the past before we had auto checkout enabled.

No, They are just my old tooth brushes that got a little worn out so now I use
them to clean up our Lego.

It's said in forum current delay is 2-4 weeks for a demand to the HelpDesk.
|
Ahh. I thought that was more for things in-depth like getting approved for opening
up a store or something similar. If it takes a while, that's fine, I can
wait.

AGREE!! This is the most important question. If he cant give a good reason then
because he has 0 feedbacks, I would cancel the order.
3 different address / 3 different countries / expensive set / 0 feedbacks,
all just adds up to sounding like too much of a possible scam.

Jim

No there, is not (at least not an easy way) but you can ask customer service
any time and they can provide a response.
We are considering sending out a notice after 2 NSS alerts are completed, just
as a warning to sellers. We understand that many NSS alerts are completed accidentally
by well-meaning buyers, and that a completed NSS does not necessarily mean that
a buyer was disenfranchised.
|
Can you suggest, or actually provide a link to the correct customer service desk?
I submitted a request about a week ago and they did not respond but maybe I sent
the request to the wrong area. I am sure others would love to know where exactly
to ask so they to can find out if they have any NSS completed against them, if
for no other reason just peace of mind.
Thanks in advance.

Does that mean it works and you've no "completed" NSS strikes, or
that it didn't work in showing you what you have?
|
Well there was no evidence of any completed NSS but according to what peregrinator
said above, that completed NSS are changed to 'canceled' then I cant
say for sure. We have had a couple of NSS filed because of an order going missing
and one for missing parts. We took care of those 2 but I just want to make sure
that our record is clean.
I did what Admin_Russell suggested and sent a message to 'customer service'
to see if any are on our record but that was on Friday evening so I will have
to wait at least until Monday. At least I hope they get back to us, I could not
find a link specific link to "Customer Service" so I cant say for sure
it went to the right place and will be answered.

Do the refund, let the customer know, so they can call their card company, and
then try again?
If its legit, they shouldn't mind doing this.
Crystal

I agree with Crystal. It has not happened to me (with PayPal at least) but that
is how I would handle it. I would rather lose the order then lose the money on
top of the Lego in the order if it is scam.

The same from here to you would cost maybe €3.
Which is why since maybe 5 years ago I can't / rarely buy in US; prices have

I remember when we starting selling internationally our sales to other countries
made up about 30% of our business. Then shipping prices overseas just started
to go up QUICK. Now we get maybe 1 or 2 orders out of every 100 from out of country,
so from 30% to 2%. THAT STINKS!!
