  Our buyer contacted us about this part, and we just confirmed 6434511 is Hollow
Stud instead of Vented Stud.

Should I ask for Catalog change, or Catalog adding note? Will catalog entries
for those 3626bpbxxxx, 3626cpbxxxx, 28621pbxxxx merge in the future?

I believe that head should indeed be listed as a hollow stud head. I will double-check
with the member who submitted the item.

Unfortunately that's not possible. See https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=1441790

Can't those various element have a remark about this?

Like
"This Launcher can shoot this and that Projectile"
"This Projectile can be shot in this and that Launcher"?

Maybe that'd help, but yes, more work...

The remarks/additional notes are just "dumb" text boxes. They can't
be updated automatically and are not even searchable, so we would have to constantly
maintain and remember such remarks and several entries would need to be updated
manually whenever a new part that can be used with existing parts gets added
to the catalog.
So yeah, too much work I'm afraid.

On the other hand, at least for the weapons and projectile launchers, you can
also use the parts inventories to find out which parts can be used with which
trigger:

It looks like a set as it has quite a few regular pieces in it that are used
to build something. But quite a few of the parts would also need to be added
as gear.

Submit it and see what they say.

You are right, 2 reddish brown and 1 light bluish gray.

Set No: 75375 Name: Millennium Falcon
*
75375-1 (Inv) Millennium Falcon
921 Parts, 2024
Sets: Star Wars: Starship Collection: Star Wars Episode 4/5/6
and was in the process of verifying all the extra
pieces against the catalog after putting it together. I believe there is a small
problem that was probably just a typo on the entry of the extra parts but wanted
to see if anyone else had the same results before I submitted a catalog change
request.

In the extra parts for the inventory it's stated to have 2

Part No: 3024  Name: Plate 1 x 1
*
3024 Plate 1 x 1
Parts: Plate {Light Bluish Gray}
and
1

Part No: 3024  Name: Plate 1 x 1
*
3024 Plate 1 x 1
Parts: Plate {Reddish Brown}
however I believe this to be incorrect based on my sealed set.
I believe is should be 2 Reddish Brown parts and 1 Light Bluish Gray. In looking
at the entire set as well, I believe that it would be highly to have 2 extra
parts of a color that on appears twice in the set across two bags to start with,
verses the Reddish Brown that appears 16 times across 5 bags.

Can anyone else confirm this with their build?

Our buyer contacted us about this part, and we just confirmed 6434511 is Hollow
Stud instead of Vented Stud.

Should I ask for Catalog change, or Catalog adding note? Will catalog entries
for those 3626bpbxxxx, 3626cpbxxxx, 28621pbxxxx merge in the future?

Thank you.

extra parts are not guaranteed to always be exactly the same. I have parted
out many same sets side by side and been short or given slightly different pieces
than what the bricklink inventory says. I always check extra parts to confirm
what I have on my store uploads.

3024 Plate 1 x 1
Parts: Plate {Reddish Brown}
however I believe this to be incorrect based on my sealed set.
