Try with a small set whose part-out price you can check by hand?

Oh yes that worked! I chose a small HP set and compared the part out to how much
it would cost to buy the parts from my store. Buying from my store was cheaper
then the part out value. So to answer the question for the future, it appears
the part out value is the before sale price or base price.

As long as you've been around, this comes as revelation to you? That's
interesting... I guess better late than never, or never stop learning (as a member
in Texas was known to sign-off with) both apply.

It extends further, the whole play at the shallow end of the pool before taking
the plunge into deeper end

I am holding off adding to new items to my store as I am trying to sell down
a bit. Been here since 2009 and just doing a counting recheck, cleaning of drawers,
reorganizing etc. I am looking at sets I am waiting on to add to my store, but
I can't tell if the part out feature is calculating a value based on my sale
prices or my non sale prices.

So if set A goes in for $100, is that $100 before sale price (base price) or
with the sale prices?

I realize the easiest way to figure this out would be to remove my sale and rerun
the set numbers, but not everything is the same percent off and any new lots
added in the last 60 days are not on sale at all so I was hoping someone knew
the answer?

re: Update my store inventory section.

The following option can be selected:-

Make sale prices (and all tier prices) the base prices.
Round results to 2 decimals.

Does this option work across the whole store inventory by selecting the Current
Items for Sale pricing?

Thanks in advance to all.

It works on whatever categories you select.

If you are not sure what you are doing, then download your inventory and close
your store before you try it. That way, you can restore if you mess up.

Hi, is any of my mini figures worth something (2€+).

Thanks a lot for your help!

Hey, the missing helmets will surely reduce the prices but your minifigures are
nice as well. Specially the orange and the brown troopers will be 5 Euros.

Try brickognize to get the identification for the minifigs.
It might be a good idea to buy single helmets to complete the figs before selling.
Just calculate the effort and the costs.

*
4000503-1 (Inv) Braille Bricks Toolkit (English)
304 Parts, 2020
Sets: Braille Bricks

You might find them hard to sell though, as these were meant to be for blind
children and not made for resellers to profit from. They are different to the
retail packs sold in store.

Yes I figured that would be a problem selling them, I'm not a reseller tho
in fact I do outreach for blind children through teaching Braille with,Jesus's
Touch a non profit up here I purchased them myself for around 200 dollars a piece
, I only decided to let them go because I've fell on hard times with this
economy I just need to recover a little bit tho I might sell them pretty cheap

It amazes me that you are surprised it doesn't sell.. no box, no instructions,
no minifigs, no etc. how on earth are you calling this still a "set"??

You could break the parts from the tower, and list them as used parts. You would
have to deconstruct the tower and list the used parts in your store. This is
for when you need the space and want the remainder of the set gone.

That would solve your problem. It's obviously not worth much anymore as a
set. I'd recommend listing as parts, someone will likely buy most of them.

Cheers ...

Theres a sold for $200 on ebay for the tower and 1 fig and an eagle. So I think
everyones estimate of about $150 is probably close.

I think I know the set you're referring to, and all but one of those sales
was less than yours. I think in this particular instance people are willing
to hold out. Just a hunch really.

As for the OP, with all the stuff that is missing, I think you basically have
an assembly of relatively common black bricks. The 150 price suggestion from
others seems pretty fair.
