The countries you ship to is based on the countries you have in each individual
shipping method. Since you ship to the USA it means that one of your shipping
options here
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/shipping.page
has the USA selected. As to why they can’t checkout it looks like you only have
PayPal as an option instead of PayPal onsite. PayPal onsite is required for sales
tax collection so buyers from most USA states won’t be able to order unless you
add PayPal onsite as a payment option

Hi folks.

I've asked BL Help twice and got no reply. I can find no way to add or remove
countries from the "countries I ship to" list, I can't even find
the list. It used to be easy to do, but now even though I've gone through
every submenu in the Store Settings I can't find it.

Also, Store Settings says I ship to the USA (I'm in Australia), which is
what it was set to before the changes were made. But for some reason when people
in the US try to buy stuff from me they are blocked because I don't ship
to them.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Roger.

There ARE solutions to your problem.

You just have to find a solution which exist instead of hoping for the solution

And the System say: ok.

So i can not do my shop for a Long time. Had to earn a Little money

What Can i do?

Either:

* Invoice a fee for orders of less than 10€ for example?

* Set a minimum order total, example: 10€

* Invoice a fee if the average lot is less than...

* Or consider the same buyer will come back one day with a much larger order,
and then it's an investment to make a faithful buyer (so, no fee)?

Or consider another income.
Apart if selling rare Sets and Minifigues, it's here a difficult way to make
money.

You could set all lots to be a minimum of 50c. If the item is 5c, sell them in
batches of 10. If 25c, sell them in batches of 2. If you don't have enough
stock to reach 50c, don't sell them.

You can't do this automatically AFAIK.

As you can see, you can charge a fee if the AVERAGE price per lot is lesser than...,
but not the total.

Alternatively there may solutions for fees, for example, for less than 5€ order,
add a 1€ flat fee either as fees or directly in the shipping price.

Or simply raise prices a little and charge no fees

Sure - but really low orders are a problem when you've no minimum.

Say updating prices to make a total 0.35€ for 10% (!) makes 0.39€ which is still
probably not worth working for as is.

Personally I understand this, and a 1€ fee for order lesser than 5€ - I'd
gladly pay this!

But I don't like minimum orders, like having to buy 2 Minifigures to get
a single Technic part, it can be stupid

  Hi

Just to let every Belgium seller know: Mondial relay has changed there prices
to a Belgian pick up point. Below 500gram it is 50 cents more, above, it is more
then 1 euro, and the prices above 2,0001 Kg are insane (14 euro) (without any
notice)

All EU countries stayed the same (as far as I checked)

If you find any other changes, please share them.

Just be aware and change your shipping methodes to the right price.

Hi,

Mondial Relay prices were changed in France last month, without notice too. I
discovered it while creating a shipping label.
French post always change their prices every 1st January.

You have to be on the lookout if you don't want to lose money !

Remember that they can only request what you allow them to request. If you want
orders to have tracking, then you can insist on that and charge the buyer for
it.

If it’s been more than several months and the buyer has told you they haven’t
gotten it then refund them and canceled the order. The seller is fully responsible
regardless of insurance/tracking for the order so it’s best to refund before
a claim is filled as when the claim is completed you’ll get hit with an additional
fee (I think it’s something like $20)

How long ago did you ship the package? International mail can sometimes take
very long. On rare occasions a few of the orders I shipped arrived after more
than two months.

If the buyer has paid via Paypal, you need proof of delivery. If you do not have
this, Paypal will decide for the buyer.

You aren't going to use the "flats" option for pretty much anything
(unless you want to for books) because it doesn't have tracking. Even a bubble
mailer isn't a flat.

weigh and measure you parcel (bubble mailers would be 1" or more) and then
it will give you your options from there.

Hello. I use Custom Package then fill out the measurements. Make sure they are
correct as you can be charged extra by the USPS.
